(Magazine & gun must be stored separate from each other etc.) I live in Arizona personally so none of that matters since it's a lawful open/concealed carry state with or without a permit. Plus I think there are certain guidelines to obtaining a conceal carry license from another state, it may be void should you leave that state and if he travels that wouldn't do him much good.

One thing Baltimore City has are tons of abandoned buildings. I live near the city, in the county. But I'm closer to Canton and Fells Point. You are very brave to go into those neighborhoods. I go no where near that side of the city if I can help it. And if I ever do I keep my head straight and try to get out of there as fast as I can. Very scary and extremely dangerous places to be. Just thankful nothing happened to you guys and you are ok :-)

Everyone on here needs to stop lecturing Dan on being safe. He's a big boy and I'm sure he gets sick of reading all these comments about how he shouldn't be putting his life at risk visiting dangerous places or how he needs to be carrying a weapon. There is always an element of risk involved in being an urban explorer. Some places are much more dangerous than others but that's the nature of the work he does. Sure, there have been times when I have been really scared for Dan, but I'm not his mommy. None of us wants to see him get hurt but it's not our place to tell him how to do his job, hobby, whatever. If he didn't take risks then his videos wouldn't be so amazing and exciting to watch. His videos are the absolute best. It's like watching a movie but even better because it's real. Great work Dan!!!

The intro to this video, the way you filmed it and the music was just so hauntingly beautiful. Fantastic. This is all just so sad though. Those poor animals. I cannot believe how evil human beings can be, it breaks my heart that innocent animals were made to suffer and not to mention a beautiful house just absolutely destroyed. Oh my god...those poor dogs. Sheer evil to keep animals to do this- I wasn't sure what that black stuff even WAS at first, but it was dog crap and urine- the poor animals being kept in those conditions, and the mad scrabbling that they had done on the door- one can imagine the hell they had to endure, being tormented and encouraged to fight- . Sad thing is, these dogs probably wouldn't be rehomable either.
This is like seeing a parallel universe but, sadly and tragically, it's the one we're in. Dan, you should get some kind of award for this video; you have truly achieved something here. The very thought of sweet precious babies being made to fight is simply heartbreaking. Watching this, all I wanted to do is cry for those sweet babies that never got to know what its like to be truly loved and cared for.

I worked in Bmore, mostly mid-town and west side area for over a year. I can attest to the despair and downtrodden aura. Hi Dan. As I watch this , I am snuggled up with one of my fur babies Snoopy. I am glad she is now safe as she was a victim of cruelty. My heart nearly broke when I saw the the conditions those poor dogs were kept in , the blood , faecal matter and urine let alone the scratches and items of torture. I am a HUGE dog lover and have rescued many dogs over the years, and seeing this video breaks my heart in two. How horrible for them to have gone through that! What interests me the most about these videos is to imagine the lives that were lived in these buildings many moons ago, when the city was in its heyday. Busy, hardworking American families. Crazy to think how these neighbourhoods have evolved. I always have had a fixation on detroit and how it much of a wonderful city it must have been to live in from the 1900's to the late 50's.
I am sure it is still nice in the suburbs, but it is not nearly the boom town it must have been in the past, where every neighbourhood was full to capacity, with 4-5 kids playing in the roads, going to fairs until the sun set.

Oh my god...those poor dogs. Sheer evil to keep animals to do this- I wasn't sure what that black stuff even WAS at first, but it was dog crap and urine- the poor animals being kept in those conditions, and the mad scrabbling that they had done on the door- one can imagine the hell they had to endure, being tormented and encouraged to fight- . Sad thing is, these dogs probably wouldn't be rehomable either.

This is like seeing a parallel universe but, sadly and tragically, it's the one we're in. Dan, you should get some kind of award for this video; you have truly achieved something here. At the same time I hope you won't go into situations like this again. We your subscribers and viewers don't want you and anyone with you hurt or killed. It may sound trite or clichéd but I do think guardian angels were protecting you and your friend. As for the buildings you were in, best thing for them is a controlled burn or demolition.

The very thought of sweet precious babies being made to fight is simply heartbreaking. Watching this, all I wanted to do is cry for those sweet babies that never got to know what its like to be truly loved and cared for.

I kept thinking, "this is the last window some dogs looked out". It was so hard to watch through my tears. People who do that to dogs, or any "sport" involving exploited animals, should be shot on site. Dog racing, horse racing...all of it. Only monsters deal with those types of activities and as over populated as this planet is, we could do without those types. Good work Dan! Idk how you keep doing this over and over, but what you do is so extremely important.

So my having pets and giving them a good home is just my way of righting someone else's wrong. So I'm not sure what you're trying to prove. And every person involved in dog or horse racing from the trainer to the rider(for horses) does what they do bcz they want to cash in on the animal's performance, not bcz they truly love the animal. If they did, they'd see how horrible it is for them and they'd want to advocate against it, not get involved in the torture.

Hi Dan. As I watch this , I am snuggled up with one of my fur babies Snoopy. I am glad she is now safe as she was a victim of cruelty. My heart nearly broke when I saw the the conditions those poor dogs were kept in , the blood , faecal matter and urine let alone the scratches and items of torture. I will never understand how humans can be so heartless. Be safe.

The first house was so upsetting to me, I held in my tears so hard I gave myself a headache. Its just so disappointing to know that people seriously value money over the life of an animal that has the potential to be your best friend, or any animal at all really.

I am a HUGE dog lover and have rescued many dogs over the years, and seeing this video breaks my heart in two. How horrible for them to have gone through that! And I agree with someone else's comment below, there is a special place in Hell for anyone who would fight dogs. They're pathetic human beings!
And the story about the 9 year old little girl getting shot is heartbreaking! I hope they got everyone involved.

Love the channel! I used to live in the Baltimore area and have seen the outside of that brewery before in passing. Super rough neighborhood...super rough. And when that cell phone went off? That's a big bag of NOPE right there. Glad you guys made it out safely -- could have gone...poorly.

What interests me the most about these videos is to imagine the lives that were lived in these buildings many moons ago, when the city was in its heyday. Busy, hardworking American families. Crazy to think how these neighbourhoods have evolved. I always have had a fixation on detroit and how it much of a wonderful city it must have been to live in from the 1900's to the late 50's.

I am sure it is still nice in the suburbs, but it is not nearly the boom town it must have been in the past, where every neighbourhood was full to capacity, with 4-5 kids playing in the roads, going to fairs until the sun set.
Man, you really go above and beyond for these videos sometimes. I would never have the balls to even step foot in the slums of Baltimore.
