Empi-Ha Kata (USA GoJu Karate)

Empi-Ha (Form of Elbows) from the USA GoJu Karate system. Performed by Hanshi Claudio Gonzalez (55 yrs). The is performed as taught in 1968 by Sensei Edward Verycken (Sensei Urban's first student and first black belt), and also taught by Sensei Peter Urban in 1971. It includes the "lady horse" opening as originally taught by Sensei Urban.
Video contains both, Teaching Mode and Performnace Mode. The Performance Mode is performed barefoot on the snow. Pardon the slight slip at the final front kick as there was a sheet of ice underneath the fresh snow.
The music are parts of original copyrighted songs written and performed by Hanshi Claudio Gonzalez.
