I've been using this tablet for about 3 years. I remember BEGGING my mom for this tablet. I have the black one.
PROS:
It's cheap
Would work well for signing signatures for credit cards and those beginning in digital art
(My favorite point) The cord is removable and you can switch the cords, so if your baby Golden Retriever ends up chewing the cord to your old tablet, it can be replaced
It's pretty sturdy and the little rubber things on the bottom prevent it from sliding around
The pressure sensitivity for me was actually pretty good
You can fit it on the spot on your laptop right next to the mouse, so you can sit in a soft chair with it on your lap
CONS:
The pen plastic is pretty cheap, so mine broke. It's still functional, but every now and then, it poops out, which isn't a HUGE problem, but it's definitely something to note
Huion tablets are NOT compatable with Chromebooks. I have a chromebook, so I have to either use a mouse, or go out and get a Intuos.
The size can be pretty jarring. This wasn't a problem for me.
It tends to do the thing where whenever you hold down, it assumes youre double clicking, but I didn't install the driver lol
Also, Huion HATES Toshiba. Like, my larger tablet shut my keyboard off with no way to turn it on without a factory reset.

I got the same tablet, pen broke on me in a matter of three months. In all fairness, once I tried fixing it, it stopped working completely, so that part was my fault.
Another thing is the rubber things on the bottom are cheap. I have had both of the 420 model and on both of them the rubber things fell off.

No it doesn’t.
It installs the driver and that’s it.
Panda_ Lover dont bother with the programs tho, just look it on youtube for open source software. I use Krita and it have more tools one can ever need. And then there are Medibang, FireAlpaca etc., all professional level software for free.

you should try using a basic stylus with an ipad or any other mobile devices :) I use my ipad with the app Medibang paint
You should start with a drawing program on your computer. Firealpaca is free and very good.After a few months of using it, you can ask your parents for a drawing tablet for your birthday or Christmas, I'm 12 and getting one for Christmas. The ones on ebay are pretty cheap, around 70 pounds.I hope I helped.

In spiral notebooks, just use the other side of the page, works perfectly
Or flip it upside down, I do that on the pages that have the spiral on the right side in my sketchbooks

If fiddle with the pressure setting enough in the driver and in the software settings it's pretty easy to get it to work how you want.

well i did try using that tablet when my screen tablet broke down and was send back to get repaired and if you play around with the pressure settings it can be a good tablet! i would actually say that it's better then the one i started with wich was more expensive back then (wacom bamboo ctl470 was my first)

I actually like the rougher finish of the small tablet with your work. It adds a lot more visual interest.

Being the owner of one of these tablets, I must say, the pressure sensitivity isn't as bad when you go from one of the old Wacom (bamboo pen&touch, with 1024 pressure sensitivity levels), it's HUGE in a good way, the pressure levels are 2048.
I actually bought this one and a bigger one (to work at home and to travel), and I've used both of them without a problem.
If you're newer to digital art, spend $20 on one of these. If you have one of the older Wacom and need/wants to have a new one, go for this one. If you come from a cintiq you'll suffer, but if you're as cheap and poor as me, this one will be perfect.

programer girl yes, a computer is needed. The only tablets that won't need one are iPads and the +$1000 Wacom stuff that's also a computer
I draw on a even smaller phone on ibis Paint x on the phone ...Samsung galaxy mini 2......and I film from it...
You should get the Huion HS-64. IGot it and it's great

Elbon Eradem both shoulders are connected correctly, the LEFT⬅️ is fine and the RIGHT is also fine. It is just the shoulder on the dress
Okay, so it's not just me. I noticed it when she was filling in colors.
Yeah it’s definitely not the sleeve of the dress. If her arm was slightly raised, then her shoulder doesn’t magically elevate. The area connecting the base of the neck to the actual shoulder (I can’t think of the name of it) should be slightly sloped upwards because that’s just how the body moves. That’s why it looks so unnatural and incorrect.

For me it was the other arm that was resting, it seemed way too thick for my own comfort level.
I use this tablet and I love it. It’s my first tablet so I may not have experience with others, but it certainly works for beginners.

One thing to note when you switch from wacom to huion (as someone who happily uses a huion tablet) the wacom and huion drivers do not speak well together, it's recommended to uninstall wacom drivers then install huion, it's a much smoother transition and you won't run into that many issues with it. The biggest issue is wacom because it literally wants to take over everything tablet wise so it's becomes a problem when you want to switch brands -_-

Clélia O'CONNELL no it's just wacom they make sure you can't interchange products without a hassle, especially since wacom still doesn't work great with Windows (it was originally just meant to be for Macs) and since Wacom has every patent they could get their hands on, other companies need to work around it sadly. Personally I love huion more, it's easier to install but it's noticeably built differently in a more "cheaper" way. But it works that's all that matters lol
It wasn’t really a problem to me since my old tablet, a CTH-470 Bamboo, has a really old driver and the technology for the tablet was really old (bought it back in 2014) and it didn’t affect my new tablet (DWH69 Huion)’s driver.

Hi there! My tablet is exactly the same brand and model, but mine is black. I bought it 'cause I wanted to get started in digital art, and after a while you get used to its size and all (of course I haven't had any experience with other brands or sizes, but still). It's totally worth it if you wanna try it out. Love your videos!

I had the exact same tablet when I started and it was great! I love it.
But I've always wanted a tablet with a screen even though they are expensive. So after searching I found the XP-Pen Artist 12! I got one for 200€ and I'm super happy with it. Easy to use,great quality,not too expensive,just wonderful! I recommend it

I remember initially buying it to exclusively play OSU! with it.
You can bind them along with the pen tip to left click, right click and middle click as well as the double click version of all of those.
its strong enough to rest your hand on it without damaging it.
Oh, It only draws using the pen, but it still works if you rest your hand on it.
