Very cool! I made one years ago but learned a few different ideas from this. If I remember right, I got the build from Dan Hurd before he really took off and was teaching classes. It uses a hunk of leather as the plunger, so you gotta remember to soak it for a few days before using lol.

I remember Dan hurts unitI have also seen some that use a piece of 3/4 pipe insulation as the plunger 🪠.
