Thai Wild ( Jungle )curry with fish แกงป่าปลากระพง

Wild curry is also known as Jungle curry and country style curry. This curry is also good with beef and chicken.
Ingredients
Fresh curry paste / or store bought Country style curry paste
• 3 shallots
• 2 slice Galangal
• 1 lemongrass
• 4 Garlic cloves
• 15 dried red chili 🌶 peppers
• 15 fresh Thai chili 🌶 peppers
• 1 tsp shrimp paste
• 1 c water
• 2 whole Kachai
Ingredients for curry
• striped bass fish
• Green bean
• Thai egg plant
• red Fresno peppers 🌶
• 3 Tbsp Anchovy sauce
• 3 Tbsp fish sauce
• 1/2 Tbsp sugar
• water
• Holy basil or sweet basil
• black pepper
• 1/4 c shredded Kachai
