They taste like donuts soaked in syrup (less bready more cakey in consistency) P.s. I think the ones that taste like cottage cheese balls is known as Rasgulla/ Rosogolla (but it tastes way better warm and handmade than these packaged ones.. they get a styrofoam like texture when packaged)
