For someone so diversely talented in so many different instruments to have a great singing voice is a pleasant surprise. Really, even without being able to sing he's a legend!
He said: I got back what belongs to me, and I almost gave my life! That damned creature finally paid me and I can rest in peace at night! Awesome, Algal! This reminds me of the story The Old Man and The Sea by Ernest Hemingway.
Wonderful performance as usual sir and an excellent video. Left with a strong desire to go raise a pint, and would love to find a bar named 'The Drunken Seagull'!👍🍺🍺
Awesome as only Algal can be.. grips you from the start and refuses to release you.. Could listen to his music forever.. mesmerizing.. sensual.. achingly beautiful.. we cannot thank you enough🙏💜💙
Is there ever going to be an concert? Even tho you could not play al the instruments yourself, i would like to be there. With music on tape an a life performance or extra artist doing it. It would be a wish ❤
Не писала комментариев, потому что на шедевры мне просто сказать нечего.. Нет слов! Их и сейчас нет, но я хочу очень поддержать словом) То, что вы добавили пение-это просто великолепно!!! Жду ещё такого! ✨
I've always thought it was weird how rarely killer whales/orcas get mentioned in history or mythology before modern times, despite them looking highly unusual and cool, and the fact that they are one of the few species that is almost as widespread as humans, living in all the oceans of the world.
The Native Americans in washington and I am assuming all along the west coast have beautiful art work depicting the orcas. I imagine they are a few good story’s there too. You might find them interesting.
@@grahamthomas9319 I already know about them and their artwork. Actually, they are the only culture I know of that has made orca related artwork. That is why I said "rarely" instead of "never". In fact, they are the reason I mostly associate orcas with the Pacific Northwest, even though they live worldwide.
"What an interesting creature, isn't it? It's like a whale, except without tentacles. And it's got its whiskers _inside_ of the mouth, where its teeth should be, instead of around it. And while its oil is okay for burning, it doesn't produce electricity." -A whaler from Dunwall, after seeing a cetacean from our world.
I was honestly about to unsub after listening to this tribute to whale murderers... but alas, due to the disclaimer at the end, I will abort such reactive tendancy ;)
Nowadays it is very frustrating and exhausting to always have to explain everything you do or say so that no one gets offended. We tend to pre-suppose and pre-judge without first making an effort to think about the true intention.
Algal the Bard singing a sea shanty, it's fantastic!
A ballad, not a chanty, but it's the thought that counts.
A new Algal song, my terrible week is now repaired
No amount of awful will ever supercede the healing power of great music
Algal always inspires DnD campaigns

Not just beautiful instrumental music but also beautiful singing?!
Best start to the Weekend!!!
Just saw a promo where he sings.. awesomely beautiful 💜💙
He said: I got back
what belongs to me,
and I almost gave my life!
That damned creature
finally paid me
and I can rest in peace at night!
Awesome, Algal! This reminds me of the story The Old Man and The Sea by Ernest Hemingway.
Thank you for giving us this montage! It's so much fun to see you playing the instruments and also performing the song 🙂
This is a terrific song.
I love how it is derivative but still original, with the perfect balance of borrowing from a genre and original concept.
When you sing, Maestro, you somehow become even more divine than usual.
This was magnificent.. thank you so much.. excellent 💜💙
Thank you for something to lift my spirits on a Friday evening!❤
If this one is as beautifully done as To the Galleys.. will definitely be worth the wait💜💙
Great as always!!!!

Bravo!
What a way to end the week.
Brutal 🙌
Where do you buy the album?

Nice!
Suena tan espectacular, es una grandiosa canción
❤🎉
Tan grande como siempre 😎
I may not have much to give, but I can give a thumbs
White Whale, Holy Grail!
I came for an Andre Nickatina remix and stayed for a song I've never heard TY❤.... but bard rap🎉
The video reminded me a bit of "Dashboard" by "Modest Mouse" 😆
Well played, amazing text and video. And the words at the end: shortly I heard that orcas don't attack humans.
I prefer your instrumentals, but this one was a lot of fun. Also, I appreciate the disclaimer 🐳
Oh, puedes cantar bien tambien! Hombre de muchos talentos. Me gusta la cancion!
Is this a song about captain Ahab?
And Moby Dick.
The ending here goes a *lot* better for the sailor than it did for Ahab.
Nice little song..... By the way, maestro, could you publish a version in Spanish?
Moby Dick fan fiction as a song! Excellent!
What Jonas didn't do the whale did
"Roll for Performance."
"Natural 20."
Oh he can sing too?! Daaaaaang where is this guy on my DnD quests
The most requested song at SCUMM Bar. 🏴☠
