    It worked for me! Thanks alot man this was very useful. I just re-routed my gsuite dns to point to my ec2 server for wordpress and didn't set up the mx records under route 53.

    Thank you! Your tips helped me to discover that my email was no longer active simply because I failed to verify it after the first 15 days of domain registration. The warning email was sent to my secondary email address with the link to verify but was missed. Silly mistake!

    Hi, how do I add max records? Google released all domains to square space.
    I know what needs to type in the DNS but just can’t get there.
    On google workspace , it’s says square is the registrar for the domain now. When I go to square space , they have no record of the domain.
    Email stopped 3 days ago.

    great video thanks: hey curious whats the benefit of puttng the gsuite records on cloudflare as apposed to putting those records in namecheap advanced DNS? i still want to use cloudflare but would rather put those gsuite records in namecheap for various reasons. any benefit? or can you only get this ll to work if you put those record in cloudflare only rather than nameheap?

      We use them - I've not noticed a meaningful difference in delivery rates though

    Thank you for the video, although it did not help me. I was able to send emails but not receive them, and they were working in the past. I spent a few hours troubleshooting, reading, and watching UA-cam videos. I gave up that night and tried again the next day, and in a few minutes, I had fixed it. The issue was entirely my fault; I had changed the hostname in the resource records. I added an "@" symbol and didn't realize it until over a week later when I noticed the problem (I was working on a new site). Surprisingly, none of the reading materials or videos I consulted asked the crucial question, "Did you mess with anything you shouldn't have?" and no one suggested checking the hostname in the resource records to see if it was correct. In my case, the hostname was blank in the box, and right below it was my email address. In the second box below, it had my website address. Thank you

    You have been of so much help but I'm so confused. How do I hire you or your team to help me? I was able to recover my email but then we lost a lot of old important emails and according to your video a lot of things with our MX, DMarc, and bunch of other things are not ok.
    BTW, we're nomads around Australia too. WA at the moment 😊

    Hi. Can you please tell me if we can create separate email accounts for all the aliases? I'm a freelancer and is just me using the gsuite but I don't like the idea of having all emails from other aliases in the same inbox, nor to create another user as this will charge me for each new user. For example, Zoho email offers this feature but I'm not sure if gsuite does. Thanks.

      You can create a group in the Google admin and through routing you can send the e-mails send to those aliases to that group

    Curious, does this work for an Addon domain as well? I have a main domain used for Google admin - we are adding another domain /email box, that each user will have the ability to send receive mail from within their main domain google mailbox/login. Using WHM/Cpanel I can easily setup new domains, and manage them from there, but I notice those emails do quite often end up in spam....
    I'll give it a try, but some may not be relevant for the secondary domain...

      If you are having spam issues it’s probably related to SPF, and yes these instructions work for the secondary domain just make sure each domain you are using is added to the SPF record.

    If a domain is registered with Wix (or other services), and the mailboxes are managed via Google Workspace: does a DNS change to another hosting (without domain transfer) affect the mailboxes in Google workspace?

    i have a Gsuite account, now its showing the "?" on the sender icon instead of the image saying its not authenticated but does go through to inboxes. This seems a bit complex to fix that, and i see all the records you mentioned in the DNS.

    I don't even own a business; I made a business email to start as a copywriter (which I still haven't done yet) and can't receive emails to my business email and when sending from it they go to spam.
    I chose the contract for a year so there's no backing out, and I am pulling my teeth at all this DNS stuff.
    I signed up for a free call to help me with this as well as an email with instructions, but still hadn't received the email (to my regular email that works).
    Hoping to get both that email as well as a call shortly.

    I has MX records setup wrong for few months and didn't get any emails during that time. Now i fixed them and i get new emails, but is it possible to recover mails during the past months or are they lost?

      Some servers will attempt to re-try for a number of weeks, but it’s all dependent on the sending server. It’s likely many permanently failed to send

    I finally got my G suite email to work, but it was a lot easier than this method. Log in through Google domains. On the left, click DNS, scroll down to synthetic records, dropdown menu to Google workspace. The MX records automatically populated and I was able to send and receive emails.

    We don't have a MX Record issue. We deleted the GSuite account and now we keep getting bounce messages. Our MX record is fine. We don't understand why we keep getting bounce messages. None of our clients are using this old email account. Do you know what the problem could be?

    Please help me !!
    So when I log into Google domains and click my domains it has the domain I purchased from Google listed.
    When I go to the side menu and click "mail" it forwards me back to "Google admin" and at the top of the page it says "to continue with your Google workspace trial, verify your domain. When I click verify it takes me to "Let's set up Google workspace". I click "activate" and it takes me to
    (A) in a new browser tab, open your domain registars website and sign in to your account.
    Question: if I bought my domain from Google wouldn't my domain registrar be Google? OR do I have to go through and sign up for a second website like cloudflare?? What am I missing?

    I canceled my subscription and then reactivate it my account but I do not see or get any email. can you help me with this? i don't have any website, just a domain name and just bought it and went to gsuite but choose a business account by mistake, want it an individual account.

      When you cancel your Google Workspace subscription, your account is put into a suspended state. This means that you will not be able to send or receive emails, and your data will be deleted after 84 days. If you reactivate your account within 51 days, your data will be restored.

    I am working on website project,
    I am facing this issue another project also,
    we are using g suite email service for sending or receving emails,
    just try to explan simple example,
    I make one contact us page for customer, if anyone fillup that form and submit it, data send to the multiiple emails,
    I create some email from g suite & some group also,
    when I submit the form, email will successfully receive to normal gmail account, but not receiving on that g suite account, all though other emails come on that group and personal email, but this email only didn't received on it,
    I don't know what is problem
