Most people would rather accept a lower paying job and continue remote work. Also many leaders don’t even want to return to the office. Sooooo yeah, good luck with that.

It's about money for Boomers. They have office leases and, in worse cases, own real estate in the office sector.
There will always be are remote and/or hybrid moving opportunity moving forward. I must see you in you chained in your cubicle, fight traffic, and water cooler conversation about the football game last night for 2 hours lol… this is all about saving the investors in the commercial real estate marketplace.
Don’t go back, save the environment , is it worth all those unnecessary miles and pollution and time wasted ?

Lol, this isnt happening. I'm overemployed with wayyyyy too much leverage. Besides, the majority of these "hybrid" workplaces have no oversight to the point where you can hire someone to swipe in your badge daily and no one will notice.
this guy's company sells/leases commercial real estate. Of course he will push going back to the office. Screw him, people shouldn't commute to help his yacht collection.
