I just made wonton with chopped shrimp and pork, green onions and a oyster sauce. I love this wonton folding. I didn't know this technique But will be my only one I do now. So easy and looks like a flower. BIG THANK YOU FOR SHARING.

The filling was chicken and turkey with pork, lard and oyster sauce, sesame oil and soy sauce with a little bit of chili paste and alls I can say is. thank you. this was my first time and it's only going to get better.
I'm making a roast duck wonton soup! but I'm using ground pork and shrimp in the wonton filling 😅 turns out duck and leek really do taste fantastic together! got a very deliciously sippable broth when combined with my homemade chicken stock
I have learned that folding recently 🤔 It took a lot of practice for me 🤣 Sealing the edges with a little starchy paste worked better than just plain water 🤔 Thanks for sharing 👍👍👍👋👋

I use Bambi too when I'm lazy. great on gyoza bc they're chewy. SM bonus smells maanta or rancid but they're great for frying like cheesesticks
