2000 likes and we'll react to how it FEELS to play Sniper! Gameplay video of Heavy and Scout coming up soon 😁
aight bet
Thanks king
reacting to "how it feels to use SFM" first is also a good idea as this is where the "behind the scenes" stuff starts being a thing and appears in the extra episodes of the "how it feels" series for pretty much all classes that you havent watched yet. (he never did these for the older ones as far as I know tho)
A tip for engineer is going to the lockers or whatever, they give metal or the building that heals mates slowly gives metal so always have metal
Engineer is rarely seen in high level competitive tf2. Not because he isn't a good class or fun to play but because the enemy team has voice chat and will easily co-ordinate to nuke ur buildings
Uncle Dane is a really good engie player, and has a good few tutorial videos out, inluding one over 1hr long video all about battle engineering and a video discussing matchups between other classes, (and how you can win said matchups) both videos are long but are helpful from my experience
And by "Uncle Dane is a really good engie player", you of course mean "Uncle Dan is a very gud sentry man"
And TheWhatShow has made a very in depth and worth your time hour-long essay on the pomson
*looks at pfp*
Hello cube from the hit game JSAB.
Don't forget his hour long tangent on Random Crits
@@nobodyaskedbut... regdfgdfgd i forgot that i had that pic on, i like jsab :))
12:25 "Engineer seems a lot stronger than I imagined he would be." Yeah, Engie was kind of made to be a backbone of the team, so they were made fairly powerful when comparing to Torbiorn.
Man widowmaker is way too powerful
Like i play scout so that i could 2 shot kill classes
here Engi one shotting classes without even needing to reload
Widowmaker definitely can’t one shot anything. Maybe a kunai Spy but the damage isn’t that high
@@self-proclaimedanimator The max damage from the widowmaker and base shotgun caps at 90, which can't one-hit anything except for a spy using the conniver's kunai, but literally every single-fire weapon can one-hit a spy using the kunai. And the automatic reload of the widowmaker comes at the cost of heavy punishment if you miss, as it consumes your metal resource, which is the engineer's bread and butter. The widowmaker isn't broken in any way; you're just a salty scout main.
@@thewonderfullymadejaraid7015 i meant it like in a joke way
i have some what became a scout main and it takes like twice as much hits to kill as a scout than with a widowmaker idk man what it is but whenever i have widomaker i kill 5 in one single life while as a scout i can bearly reach 3 kills
its prolly the rate of fire
and about ammo i never got the problem of it
sometimes it do run out but till then only 1 guy is left which easily dies to wrench
I have not played much with widowmaker but the times i did play it felt really overpowered
@@self-proclaimedanimator the widowmaker/basic shotgun and Scout's scattergun have the same rate of fire, except that the scattergun deals 15 more damage per hit. Do you run the gunslinger with the widowmaker? If so, that is probably why you are getting more kills before you die, as you would have 25 more base health than a scout, and 40 more base health than a scout that is using the sandman melee weapon. The widowmaker is one of those weapons in which you just say "screw it" and run headlong into enemies while knowing that the only way that you'll stop shooting is death. The widowmaker is almost never used when playing standard engineer, as they don't want to make the choice between either shooting with their primary of repairing their sentry. It's almost exclusively paired alongside the gunslinger as a battle engineer.
I just wanna inform you that the guy saying "Lazy, what kind of defence is this?" is actually Uncle Dane
Another tf2ber by the name of Soundsmith appeared in the scout video (as the soldier that blew lazy up while he was doing the Sonic and Shadow bit)
i actually didnt know the soundsmith bit, thanks for that!
He was the soldier in the back watching Lazy, then blowing him up. Not the soldier who died
7:16 correct. You need to be near ur sentry when defending. Spies love to sap unattended sentries. Being an engi can be a lonely job. But also very rewarding
It can be lonely unless you get the rare Pybro who makes their entire mission to keep you and your buildings alive by constantly spy-checking, deflecting all projectiles and destroying the sappers
@@stargazer162 Pybro so nice for engi
Uncle Dane has a very high influence on the TF2 community. He released a video on teleporter etiquette like quickly switching to engineer to upgrade a teleporter at spawn or getting in a line instead of fighting over the teleporter. After that video, a lot more people started doing those things. He also runs the most popular community servers, Uncletopia.
Just an FYI, the reason for the Royalty Free Jazz on the Shirtless Engineer moment is because of a copyright strike Lazy received
When the video first came out, he used the standard sexy saxophone solo.. you know the one.
That one sax solo is the song Careless Whisper, and there is a version of the clip with the original audio floating around in UA-cam if you search for it. It makes the scene so much better.
React to Uncle Dane! He’s the ULTIMATE engie main!
Oh. Also, Engie canonically has 12 PHDS. This man’s a genius.
To be fair, there are better engineer players out there who play competitive tf2 regularly. Uncle Dane is good, but don't let his fame make u think he is the best engi
Eleven, not twelve.
🎵UNCLE DANE THE ENGI MAIN🎵
Engineer is a class originally intended for defense, usually the objective but even in offensive roles engineer has to set up a teleporter and hold a area on the map so the enemy team cant push the opposition back. Naturally though with Spies being your primary worry (able to disable sentries and destroy buildings easily) as well as explosive and classes who does massive damage outside sentry range, engineer tends to be a stressful job as well because you have up to four buildings your team relies on as your responsibility (Sentry for defense, Teli for transport, and despenser for health/ammo supply), and with each building being important for your team, all the more reason for the enemy to keep it destroyed. Due to this, Pybro's (Pyros with a Homewrecker and know how to spycheck) are your best friends XD. Uncle Dane is a pro Engineer player who is known for giving tutorials and tips on how to play engineer, highly recommended. When you play engie though, its best to play online for full expirience, Single player bots will just waltz into sentry range with little attempt to destroy it effectively XD
As a wise Spy main once said, the Engineer and his buildings each fill a purpose. A single one being destroyed can cripple all the others.
Engineer serves the role of maintenance - Take out the Engineer and you can just chip at the nest. It won't be receiving repairs or extra ammo, leaving it especially vulnerable to Spies. Sure, a Pybro can take out a sapper, but they can't repair, upgrade or refill any buildings.
The Sentry serves the role of defense - It punishes anyone who attacks a nest unprepared, but destroying the Sentry leaves the nest unguarded unless the Engineer has good aim.
The Dispenser serves the role of supply - Without metal, the Engineer can't keep his buildings repaired, and his teammates can't get that consistent health and ammo. Sure, there are health and ammo packs, but they aren't nearly as consistent.
The Teleporter serves the role of transport, effectively giving the Engineer's team a forward respawn point and allowing them to put pressure on the enemy faster, and more from a centralized area. Take it out and you effectively increase the enemies' respawn time, especially so for slower classes like Heavy.
Occasionally during play, you'll "find" a weapon (AKA the game randomly decides, here, have a completely random item from this endless pool of them). In the main menu, you can go to "items" and then change the weapons you have equipped, but you can only use the ones you've found. This is how LazyPurple uses the gunslinger (minisentry hand), frontier justice and any other non-default weapon.
You can also buy weapons with real money, but... well...
*laughs in F2P*
There's even easier solution: you can "loan" a gun from Mann Co. Store, if you don't have it
The first thing I see when I join is a rocket hitting engineers ass.
As the founding fathers intended
Good timing LOL
Me too
To be honest this is a bit refreshing. Pretty much every new TF2 player is immediately enamored with spy and sniper, both of whom are like spices: if used correctly they can make a dish better, but your dinner cant be turmeric, basil, and onion powder. That's not a dinner without some real food.
This is a good way to put it!!!
as it might still be there somewhere in Lazy's and Dane's comment section, I say here: I once defended a cap point for 20 minutes with nothing but a dispenser and a serious case of high blood pressure.
EVERYTHING imaginable that could be thrown at a defending Engi, was thrown... and that dispenser went down and up again several times, with half my team suckling from it's australium-powered tits until a proper relief force could arrive.
so, remember, Engis of the world.... *equip the Jag*
To be honest, a team with 9 Engineers and 3 Medics is sometimes as good as an actual well-balanced team (I’ve been in this situation before)
I ran a 12 spy team in casual. Also pretty good.
@@anarch1266 As a spy main I appreciate whatever team that did that
Don't forget to react to "How it feels to suffer in SFM" it shows you the amount of work it goes into creating these tf2 videos :D
Engineer is a backline support that can bring his teamto the frontlines, replenish their health and ammo and a safety net if enemies are starting to push
I love your reactions bro, can't wait to see more tf2 gameplay aswell hopefully
Don't worry! Next TF2 video is a gameplay one :D Also thank you!
''Wait spy can't knife the turret?''
I need to play Overwatch if that is a thing.
Anything can destroy the turrets in Overwatch, they got nerfed to the ground and are sometimes not even worth destroying in a push.
I am glad that you had a laugh at this video. I can’t wait for you to react to the rest. Good day Mercenarie 👋
Thanks my guy!
Side note: If you shoot the top of the sentry, it does not deal more damage. That’s just where it fires it’s rockets from.
For your information, there is no variation of classes in TF2. Just the weapons you chose would be the ones to decide how you should play that class.
If you liked this video, you might also like Lazy Purple's "How it feels to suffer in SFM" video. You might have a greater appreciation for the actual work he goes through to bring us such humorously informational videos. In that video, LP mostly uses his "How It Feels To Play Engineer" video to illustrate the horrors of relying on SFM.
Engineer has 3 buildings, teleporter, dispenser and the sentry gun. All of them can be upgraded by 3 levels by hitting them with your wrench and each upgrade consumes 200 metal, a resource only engineer has that can be collected by ammo packs, spawn resupply or a dispenser. The teleporter's upgrades increase the recharge speed, the dispenser's upgrades increase ammo, health and metal output and the sentry's upgrades are unique. Level 2 offers a much faster fire rate than level 1 and the third upgrade adds a quad missile launcher on top for extra damage. All upgrades increase health of the buildings and can all be repaired with the use of metal.
The general strategy for the engineer is mainly for defense with hard to attack spots (each map is designed to offer at least one of these), but he can be quite effective on offence mostly through his teleporters and dispenser offering a powerful though often overlooked advantage. The sentry is best utilized when the enemy doesn't know there is one or where it is. Frequently finding different spots to move your sentry around in tandem with game flow will get you some effective mileage more often than not.
Engineer is a difficult class to learn and play properly, especially in comparison to the other classes (except for maybe spy), but personally he's my favorite, most played and is one of the more unique classes in the game that you can have a blast with utilizing his various styles of gameplay through his unlocks.
Simple rundown of engi.
Has an extra resource called "metal" to construct, upgrade and maintain (heal) buildings. Caps at 200. All build-ables goes from level 1-3, each upgrade getting better ofc. Buildings are also unaffected by any form of crits or "weak spots" (excluding weapon modifiers). All buildings can be rotated and moved.
_The Sentry Gun_
Great area denial tool and that's mainly for defense but if played right, offensive use of it can work just as well. At lvl 2 the firing rate doubles, at lvl3 it gets rockets.
The Dispenser
Though it might appear as an miniature gas pump, it heals, supplies ammo and metal at a constant rate for any allies in a small radius (disguised spies included). Upgrading increases the rate (metal rates unaffected, metal given is increased instead) but not it's range. The metal supplying is at a much slower rate and has a cap.
The Teleporter
This building comes in two parts, the entrance and exit. Whoever stands on the entrance gets sent to the exit. Upgrading lowers the cooldown between each teleport (from lvl 1-3, 10, 5, & 3 sec). The exit can be rotated and this impacts which way the 'teleportee' will face upon being teleported, vital to avoid camping spies.
Engi has 2 main play styles, that being defensive and battle. But DO NOT underestimate an engi with a wrangler, a secondary that replaces your pistol with the ability to control your sentry, making m1 your main fire and m2 your rockets. Using the wrangler allows you to rocket jump/sentry jump into some really creative spots. It's also good to mention the power of a good teleporter exit. Having it behind enemy lines can make for a powerful back cap, letting your spy go feral with backstabs to cut the enemy team in half, or an ambush with your team or by yourself with the Eureka Effect. This wrench will let you teleport between your spawn and tele exit with the downside of slower swing speed and lowered metal collection. This makes engi into a flank sub-class known as ninja-neer, making use of the Eureka Effect to get behind enemies to ambush the with your shotgun or placing a sentry nest to distract the enemy to take their forces to deal with your shenanigans.
11:38 Variations of almost every weapon on every class. On every primary weapon is 100%.
Easily the most important Uncle Dane Engie advice you can get as a newcomer is to use and master every Engineer wrench. Especially the Eureka and Jag. The Gunslinger and Southern Hospitality, while strong, are more battle Engie, which is situational, but handy at those times.
Once you get your feet wet, consider learning how to keybind PDA commands. They helped me out so much, and I've been playing for over a decade. Only learned this a few months ago.
Those two tidbits are definitely must know Engie tips.
But like...similar with Soldier, Engie is pretty easy to pick up. You don't _really_ need any complicated know how. Just put down the sentry, watch it do all the work. It's great.
Torbjorn from OW 1's launch was extremely derivative of Engineer. Torbjorn collected "scrap" to upgrade his sentry up to level 3 which shot rockets, and he could also use the metal to give out armor. Plus his main weapon was a shot gun. Since then Torbjorn has undergone some extreme reworks, with Torbjorn's sentry gun being nerfed heavily, Magma Core ult replacing his level 3 sentry, his primary fire power increased, and his armor ability replaced with overload. Now Torbjorn plays quite differently than Engineer.
Even Torbjorn at his peak Sentry strength didn't match up to the devastating power of Engineer. For Engineer has the teleporter, and there's no shield tanks in TF2 to block off a sentry with.
generally engineer wants to build full level 3 sentries, although under some circumstances leaving a sentry at level 2 can be a good idea.
mini sentries are a great option if your team already has an engineer, or if the enemy team has a really annoying scout or trolldier, since you can place it somewhere in a flank route to almost completely lock it down for mobile classes.
and even if the enemy scout/roaming soldier destroys the mini sentry, if you remember where you have placed it, you know that someone is going to be coming from that direction.
another important thing about gun slinger engineer is that, while he can not upgrade his sentry, he CAN still upgrade his dispenser and his teleporter as well as the buildings of his teams other engineer, including their sentries, which is crucial to understand because a lot of battle engineers tend to forget that that's a thing.
my preferred play style for the gunslinger is to support my teams other engineer by donating my dispenser and upgrading his buildings as quickly as possible, after that i focus on getting my teleporter exit into a cheeky spot and on either guarding the flanks or on flanking the enemy team, depending on how well they're doing.
IMPORTANT PSA:
if you leave spawn and you see a not level 3 teleporter entrance, go back into spawn, switch to engineer, upgrade the teleporter, walk back into spawn and then change back to the class you want to play.
just got here after watching ur valorant cinematic vid, subbing
Mini-sentry is sentry you can't upgrade but is better than Sentry level (And cost 100 Metal instead of 130) .
It does 100 damage per second and has 100 Health while the Sentry level 1 does 64 damage per second and has 150 Health .
Another advantage of the mini-sentry is that it build faster than the normal sentry .
And you get +25 max health too .
The mini is absolutely NOT better than a level 1 sentry.
Idk where you got that it does 100 dps but that is absolutely wrong, it deal 48 dps if my memory serves me right, and it has lower health too.
The upsides are that it builds faster, its cheaper thus more disposable, and its smaller
@@KevinFromHPCustomerSupport
while the base damage of the mini sentry is a bit lower than a level 1, the mini sentry also has double the firing rate of a level 1, which makes it a fair bit stronger.
@@KevinFromHPCustomerSupport Oh yeah you're your right . I don't know where I got that 100 dps ,I must have though of the average damage a wrangled mini does .
It actually does 44.44 dps at base damage ,54.11 dps at max ramp-up and 23.44 dps at Max fall-off .
Level 1 does 71.11 dps at base damage ,86.62 dps at max ramp-up and 37.56 dps at max fall-off .
Level 2 does 118.52 dps at base damage ,144.37 dps at max ramp-up and 62.59 dps at max fall-off
And Wrangled :
Mini :88.89 dps at Base ,108.22 at max ramp-up and 46.89 dps at max fall-off
Level 1 :Exactly like non-wrangled level 2
Level 2 :177.78 dps at base ,216.56 dps at max ramp-up and 93.89 at max fall-off .
@@windhelmguard5295 Level 1 fire a bullet every 0.225 second while for Mini ,it's every 0.18 seconds
And wrangled ,Level 1 is every 0.135 second while Mini is 0.09 second ,
Level 2 is 0.135 second non-wrangled and 0.09 second wrangled .
and once again it is time for notes
1:59 spy has a weapon called a sapper that enables him to disable engineer buildings. the sapper deals damage to the building it's placed on and can be removed by the engineer's melee weapon or other specialized melee weapons
2:21 the engineer has 4 buildings he can construct. the sentry gun, the dispenser and the teleporters (one entrance and one exit). the dispenser restores the health and ammo of nearby allies and also gives engineers their building resource which is called metal. the engineer can have up to 200 metal at most. sentry guns cost 130 metal to construct, dispensers cost 100 and both teleporters cost 50. all of these buildings can also be repaired with metal if they take damage and can also be upgraded with metal up to level 3 with each level requiring 200 metal for every building
3:34 yes and no. the sniper counters everyone including himself but he can't do much to stop a coordinated assault against him directly which is the only consistent counterplay against him since he can only hit one enemy at a time. that being said, sniper is not supposed to counter engineer inherently and the sentry gun is generally a good deterrent to keep them from interacting with each other. engineer's designed counters are the spy and demoman
4:21 sentry jumping is an advanced technique the engineer can do where he uses one of his unlocks to manually take control of his sentry to fire a rocket at his own feet, much the same way a soldier rocket jumps. the unlock in question is called the Wrangler and replaces the engineer's default pistol secondary weapon.
5:25 the sentry gun has no innate damage weakpoint of any kind. there are however certain weapons that deal bonus damage to the engineer's buildings
7:13 the engineer's conundrum is thus. you always want to build your stuff where it will do the most for your team but never so close that it's an easy target for the enemy and in tf2, the frontlines are shifting constantly so wherever the engineer decides to set his buildings is where his entire team should be setting up as a staging area to either launch an assault or hold ground.
8:25 if im remembering correctly, this bit was supposed to have "Careless Whispers" playing but copyright is a fuck
13:04 uncle dane is one of the most well known dedicated engineer players in all of tf2. he also makes youtube videos but his are generally more informative about what the engineer as a class is capable of
The way the Gunslinger works is that it completely changes your sentry gun. Instead of a standard turret, it deploys a "mini-sentry" that costs less metal to build, rotates and shoots faster than a standard sentry, takes less time to build, and is slightly harder to notice due to its smaller size.
The trade-offs are mainly in its damage and health, as it has less HP and does less damage then even a level 1 sentry. It also can't be upgraded, doesn't drop any metal when destroyed, and it's bullets do less knockback than a regular sentry.
someone needs to tell Kieran that his outfit looks like a mustard bottle
The transformation has begun
Uncle dane: WHERE IS YOUR DEFENCE
Lazy: I AM THE DEFENCE
Love the vid Kie, keep it up 😁
Thanks my dude!
Just to let you know, the saxophone music was originally "Careless Whisper" by George Michael, but he had to remove it for copyright reasons.
Engie is a stressful role, especially if you're playing defense. I remember playing a game in Mossrock where I ended up being the only engie in a 15v15 game. I defended the point like my life depended on it and died 3 times. The first time I placed my sentry was next to a rock under the point, it held out long until a spy got to it and the soldier shot me to Japan with a Direct Hit. The second time it was at the shack that was facing the point, it didn't last very long but at least it stopped a few push attempts. The last one held out the longest and won us the game but goddamn was that a stressful round. Only the enemy team commented on how well I did :')
Alternatively you can place mini sentries in the goofiest places where people least expect them since they're expendable
you probably noticed. But when using the wrangler, it turns off the sentry's auto aim and allows you to aim the sentry yourself. It also gives the sentry a shield that blocks 66% of all damage. And as if that wasn't enough, it also gives a firing speed boost.
The minisentry for example, with a wrangler it's effectively as tanky as heavy. And because of the speed boost, it can have dps around 100. On top of that! For some reason the sentry's damage fall off changes from being based on how far the sentry is to being based on the engineer's distance from the enemy. Combine this with the fact that engie has a shotgun, you can become this really annoying fly that the enemy will have huge trouble combatting. Use the shotgun when the enemies get too threatening and other wise snipe them across the map with a tiny gun.
now kieran needs to do a video where he reacts to Emesis Blue
As a sniper main, I can't wait for the next video.
Before reacting to the Sniper, the next video in chronological order is "How it feels to suffer in SFM" and it's a behind the scenes of this video. Watch that BEFORE reacting to Sniper.
uncle dane is the engie who asked "lazy what kind of defense is this?"
Dispensers sentry’s and teleporters are a major part of playing engie and learning the class too. Dispensers give ammo metal and heals you all at once whilst sentry’s can shoot your enemies but be carful because they can explode if taken enough damage. The sentry’s can be controlled or ‘wrangled’ as we call it with the wrangler, giving it a shield and better damage. Teleporters, well, teleport you. There is a strange mechanic called a tele-frag where you can make someone explode cause you teleport inside of them. The engineer is a great class but a challenging one to master.
Keep em comin :)
"Why is he a cowboy?"
"Hes from texas"
uncle dane is the main engie player, he's all about leaving your sentry independent and playing the game yourself while supporting your team and keeping your buildings up, he encourages freedom and creativity with nest placement, and the guy at the end with the shiny white hat and beard is uncle dane
I like how, by coming from Overwatch he is surprised on how you can use different weapons for the same slot
Yeah its pretty awesome!!!
Lucky me! I found this channel today

The sentry "head" is just the rocket launcher it gets at lv3
Fun Fact: Engineer is from Texas, so that explains why you see some Engineers with cowboy hats.
AYE HE'S BACK AT IT AGAIN!
YESSIR!
The original song in the "Nothing but my body" scene was Careless Whisper, but obviously it was copyright claimed.
Every episode after engineer has a linked Minecraft scene
The "head"of the sentry is a rocket launcher
Best way to describe Engi is you have to be smart, so you can be stupid
Engineer requires patience and a lot of proper placement. My stress levels cant handle engineer
i always thought of scout as the sham wow guy
To clear some things up. Source Filmmaker can use game replays of TF2 as input. You can make an entire film of a game replay, as you played it. There is no recreation here. He's using replays of games he's played, inputting them into SFM, and manipulating the gameplay directly. You can do this for free. It's still extremely hard, although the presenter appears to have mastered the tools.
Before doing the sniper one, this is the point where Lazy posted, between the videos, the extra videos, with behind the scenes and deleted scenes with more analysis. I demand, nay, I force you (gently, of course) to watch them too
There is a video idea:

Little question: Whic app r u streaming on and when u open stream?
I love ur reactions!

That Engie is a cowboy because the Engineer is Texan, aka the land of the Cowboys. Valve REALLY likes to play into its stereotypical jokes.
4:28 The Pyro would probably be me in that situation.
0:33 you won’t need to worry about it. TF2 sniping is among the easiest out of any game released in the past 2 decades, even with all the insane movement options. I’ve only got a couple of dozen hours on the class, but I’m way better at it than I am in a game like call of duty that I’ve spent far more hours playing.

Ok so pro tip regarding ALL explosives, from sticky grenades, rockets(sentry shoots four rockets at once in a burst) they all have push to them so any class can explosive jump just those who have the tools are able to do it as they wish
just so you know sentry guns have a range if you place in in any place out of range spots then the sentry gun can be gone in seconds if a solider sees it or sniper
i am about to teleport bread
Wait until he realizes there are 208 different weapons
scout’s job is to dodge, turrets don’t miss
Engineer is a cowboy because he's canonically from Texas
Engineer has a sentry that can be upgraded to level 2 and 3, a teleporter where he can put an entering and an exit wherever u want and a dispenser that heals teammates and give everyone ammo and metal to the engineer
12:26 "engineer seems a lot stronger than I imagined honestly"
well, he is, but that clip is more a testament on how shotguns are a lot stronger than people give them credit to be
I just realised that Kieran’s outro is mix of tensura and smthing else
YES!!!! Its literally just that, I comissioned a remix for it :D
@@ChocolateKieran Nice, also i noticed rimuru in the outro art
Hey Kieran, you do you with your OW comparisons, that's the reference you have. Unfortunately a lot of TF2 player are still mad at OW and get mad at these comparisons for no reason even when they make sense and were a lighthearted comparison, so don't listen to these people and don't worry how people will react about comparing X character to Y character. Love your videos!
You're a whole legend! Thank you! Awsesome comments like these make my day, you have an awesome one!
10:03 Uncle Dane, the most popular TF2 Engineer maining UA-camr.
Engineer gaming
Every one of the tf2 mercs has an overwatch counterpart. Even some of the concepts from tf2 like the Snipers Sydney Sleeper weapon being a supportive weapon made it into Overwatch in the form of Anna. My favourite example is taking a jar of literal piss and turning it into the bio nade.
engi is an interesting class for sure.
You should watch the hat and weapon stereotypes series by soundsmith

3:37 There are no weaknesses per say, just a lot of situational awareness is involved in this game.
5:26 Not a head, rocket launchers, which is how Engies can sentry jump by wrangling it to shoot missiles on the ground.
13:41 Per say yes, granted the clip with the widowmaker also had him have a medic support him.
14:34 Nope, the sentry, dispenser, and teleporter all have 3 levels, with the sentry having the visual and mechanical changes as it levels up.
8:56 medic was healing him so he could take hits
Torbjorn WISHES he had the insane utility tools Engineer has. Take a Symetra teleporter, a stronger Torbjorn turret, and also give health and ammo to your teammates. He IS the logistical arm of your team.
Emisis blue reaction when
Maybe after the lazy purple series and gameplay vids you can check out spys disguise.
bro, my sentry had killstreak 71
"He is very strong but you have to be smart to play him" is very funny because canonically Engineer is also the smartest of the mercenaries. _By Far._
IIRC he has something like 11 phds and basically invented an imortality device (well actually, his father did, but considering he improved on the design by several iterations and also maintained them I think he deserves the recognition just as much). The closest other mercenary in intelligence to him would be Medic, who, to his credit, also invented the borderline magical healing beam and tricked the devil TWICE, but then again Medic is... well let's say "not sane" is an understatement.
None of the mercs are sane. It's just that some are better at hiding it than others.
