@@ria8240 take small break after 2 to 3 hrs session, Walk around, take some water +/- refreshments, do some deep breathing exercise, Congratulate urself for last successful session , plan next session, encourage yourself and do start again 😁
Ur videos are giving me daily motivation from morning till night to work hard and freshly thank u so much so i can gain faith again me and ur every idea is helpful from how to do class Or gt Or swt everything. So daily m trying to improve myself bas i want that i should not sleep one hour after lunch I want to less sleep at least one to two hr. So can gain more work n more focus I don't want to lose any kind of my focus thank u so much mam n sir for helping me by these videos

Eat small meals. Walk for 15-20 mins post meal. Drink a lot of water
