I am so glad I stumbled around and found this.
Your video is top notch, tremendously inspiring and I almost bet it can get even those who arent usually especially creative into.a overdrive mode.
I had a visit from a old neighbor when I had started the clip, it. Took less then 3 minutes before he told me to move over so he could see properly. He is definitely not artsy, crafty or interested in those tings, after he left, and a few days later he came, and showed me, a few dies, and a Bigshot .
his . one can say it put my inspiration level at a level that would be equivalent to being a supercharged that was a surprise since he has never done anything of that sorts. Truth be told, Ive known him many years, he doesn’t even doodle, crossword, or sudoko, or similar..and he is now 66..
So A better response, or effect is not possible I think.
And it confirmed my opinion: “thix video is inspiring and awesome!”

Jeanne Smoker in different ways, the multicolour and pink ones were partly preplanned, with a little sketch and the rest came as I went along. Seeing a bunch of colours together from the cardstock is often enough for a creative jump start😁thanks💕💖

Hi, Gerry. I enjoy your videos very much. My name is Esther and I am from South Africa. Unfortunately it shows my husband's name on the comments. Please tell me why you put the embossing folder at an angle
when you run it through the die cutting machine? Thank you for sharing.
thanks Esther💖 I add the embossing folders (and dies with a straight edge) at an angle so the rollers of the machine only have to pick up on the corner of the embossing folder instead of the complete straight edge (it's a bit like a ridge). This makes it it easier to roll it through and it doesn't make that noise going on and over the edge like something is breaking😉

How do you do your tape when you adhere it? I see you pull little pieces of the backing out and was curious if you’re only using a small amount of tape. Thanks!
Becky OBrien great question, I have the strips along the sides so full length, then I peel and fold the backing strip in the corner, so I get sticky corners, then I line up the background on a card and press down the corners, I check again if it’s really straight and then I remove the backing pieces💖I don’t always show it for that would be boring😉hope this helps💕
