I think it was such an important sentence “once kings and queens of Narnia always kings and queens of Narnia” I think it shows that even though Susan stops believing she is still respected and in my opinion will return at the gates of aslans country and await judgement but will be deemed a true Narnian because she never really stopped believing. At least I hope that’s what happened because she was an essential part of Narnia also can we just get another movie already ❤️
@@lucas9392 Then again C.S. Lewis did reply to a fan letter saying that Susan's story wasn't over yet. He left the possibility open that she might find her own way back to Narnia in time. She was the only one at the end of book 7 who hadn't died so she could easily find her way back. Some reckon she was representing C.S. Lewis in that book - he was raised christian, became an atheist, then became a christian after going through some really hard times (not sure what they were, don't know much about him) and some reckon that after the grief Susan will go though of having lost her entire family then she'll start to believe in Narnia again. Her story isn't over.
@@agenttheater5 it remains what I said. He ended the book with her story opened, not yet concluded to what final destiny her soul might have gone to. I think that it would be a fair representation of life. Some may have contact with truth but still deny it afterwards. It would be great that if she could go to Narnia, but that we dont know cause Lewis already died. It ends up in charge of our imaginations to where her soul might have gone to in the end.
But we will be crowned when the time is right, we will be kings and queens alongside Jesus our Lord Christ and Savior. Just imagine Narnia was this good heaven will be all the better.

yep! The silver chair is gonna be a movie if its not coming out in late 2016 then 2017. though the kings and queens won't be in it, just their cousin and other people.
+Mrbonehunter57 really? in the film as well??? cause I heard they wernt going to be in this one. some guy behind the films on their facebook page said it in a video.
I always like to imagine what everyone felt like on that moment. The centaurs thinking "we are getting four kids as kings and queens," or "this girl of ten years is my queen." The kids probably don't even realizing what is going on at that moment or that they have a huge responsibility of ruling the kingdom. I always wonder what Lucy would do as the queen, and how much everyone would love their little majesty. It is such a magic moment in the film and one of my favorite scenes of all time. It gives me the chills to think about all of this. Specially thinking what would I be doing if I was being coronated a king of Narnia at such a young age.
I've always said this, and I will say it again. These movies are the most accurate medieval films that aren't medieval. The thing to think about is this - "Children" really were crowned like this. They charged battlefields in armor like Peter, and sacrificed themselves for their brothers like Edmund. They ruled kingdoms and made war and peace. Thing is, they weren't children. They were men and women, and people saw them as such. P.S. I'd also like to comment this. Everywhere in media these days you see fantasy and the medieval age portrayed as dark, dirty, gritty, and disgusting. That is what is so beautiful about the final battle in this first Narnia film. IT IS DAY! The light is gleaming off of peters armor and the field of battle is a bright green. The war is not dark, no it is glorious, it is honorable, it is a day of battle and victory and the setting shows it. Seriously, the final battle of this movie blows everything else I've ever seen out of the water in just that aspect alone. Add in the epic soundtrack, and you've got sheer beauty.
Gotta agree to that. Emperors and kings were crowned as a young teen and Caliphs led armies in their 16 so Narnia surprisingly isn't that far off. I wonder how the people that day feel content in leaving their entire livelihood in the hands of children who aren't even sexually capable yet. Meanwhile I'm 20 and... well... here.
My dad read me all of the books over the span of a year each night before bed, and watching the movies, especially this scene, makes me nostalgic and gives me chills everytime.
Every time Aslan says King Peter the Magnificent I get goosebumps. Every. Time. 👏 I would love a Chronicles of Narnia series. Could be about the missing years between their coronations and when they fell back through the wardrobe. I don't know I just miss this world.
Their titles embody every quality they never saw themselves possessing, only to learn along the way that they wear them well. Queen Lucy, the Valiant. "Thank you sir. I think I can be brave enough." King Edmund, the Just. "I've seen what the White Witch can do, and I helped her do it." Queen Susan, the Gentle. "What happened to battles are ugly affairs?" King Peter, the Magnificent. "Aslan, I'm not who you all think I am."
I can't believe that I'm only just now realising that Mr Tumnus is James McAvoy. That's the beautiful thing about watching movies when you're a little kid - you never comprehend for one second that these people are actors, you just believe that these wonderful stories and amazing adventures are entirely real, without even thinking about acting ability or how good special effects are and so on. That makes me so happy!
Barrett Bailey As Shannon C says. Not a loth about it. I really that much news about it. I just hope they get closer to the source material. Plus I would love to see a movie over the book The Horse and the boy. If we can find a way to move around the fact that there is some racistisk undertone and still stay true to the story.
They lost everything in that war, now they're royalty. They showed up, & changed that entire world. Valiance, Justice, Gentleness, Magnificence. Great story.
I know this land of Narnia should really exist I feel with all my heart yeah Narnia exists, but only for those who are chosen I will always believe in Narnia!!
+Nina Louwe I think that the book is exactly about this. I think that Narnia doesnt exist but those4 children belive it does because they want to escape the terrors of war and the real life.
+Nina Louwe In response to your comment respectively,You would be very correct in your assessment that Narnia does indeed exist! It does not however exist on the Third Dimensional plane, but on the Fourth Dimensional plane above this one.I for one know because I have visited that Realm and I know for a fact that it does indeed exist! It is another matrix construct that exists on a higher plane than this one and it that realm animals as well as trees, birds and bees do hold both the power of communication and intellect. All of the animals, birds and trees as well as intellectual beings who are called homosapiens that live and have their existence on this lower construct called 3rd dimensional realm are just copies of the GREATER realities that exist far above and beyond this realm! On the Fourth and Fifth Dimensional planes is where YOU WILL FIND the Original creatures who first inhabited this Earth long before Humans came into existence. I laugh to my hearts content every time there is a new unexplainable archaeological discovery made by man,one in which he simply cannot logically or intelligently explain the existence of such an artifact. I especially laugh whenever they discovered entire cities under water that were lost for over ten thousand years! These so-called lost cities, civilizations, and technologies existed long before Man ever came into existence! I submit to you that these same civilizations which existed before us in ancient times were far more technologically advanced than us due to interference by Celestial Beings! These species and their civilizations were accurately recorded in the book written by the Prophet Enoch as well as their historical Celestial rebellion. This,if the Truth be accurately told is exactly where C.S.Lewis derived the idea, history, and foundation of his so-called fairy-tale story. In closing I would simply like to say that Art, many times on many occasions imitates Life and that Truth is sometimes much more stranger than fiction. I would therefore like to encourage you to read the Book of Enoch which is the same book that C.S. Lewis read when he was a younger man and you will also discover the Truth for yourself! P.S. Never STOP Believing!
What you can do is be yourself and allow those traits to come out and become as valiant, just, gentle, and magnificent as Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy are named as they are crowned! Someday you will become in your own way just like them. I’m working on becoming more gentle like Susan at the moment.
The actors for Peter, Susan and Lucy appeared in a Disney+ Documentary Show about Props and talked about some of the props and costumes of Narnia You don't notice it actively but it sure works on you subconsciously because there are so many, many details worked into their costumes it's spectacular

My local theater did a play of this (I was very young so I was a forest animal in the front lines) and my very own sister played Lucy. It was a proud moment in my life, performing before so many people.

We did a play of this story in school, and when we did this bit, everyone yelled "LONG LIVE QUEEN LUCY" way louder than Peter, Edmund, and Lucy. The play wasn't quite as dramatic and chill-inducing as the film. The Pevensie kids wore their evacuee costumes the whole play, and Aslan was played by a really tall boy with an afro, while wearing an altered gingerbread man costume from the Shrek play a few years previous.
If Narnia was realest in theaters in 2016, the battle with the white witch would be replaced with a rap battle with Aslan because going to war with a woman is consider promo violence against women.
let's be real every one, it would be semi the same thing, the only major difference is of course there would hardly be any practical effects, most of it would be bullshit CGI, and it would look bad. And I hate bad looking CGI.
It will take wisdom, creativity, faith, and persistence to overcome the obstacles and challenges that will come your way in life. That's why it's so important to have the strength and wisdom only God can provide. He gives us hope, strength, and wisdom to keep going. He can build a bridge where the bridge is out. He can open the road where it's closed. The way over, through, or around the obstacles might be tough, but you can be tougher. With His help, you can make it! You are LOVED!💕
I Love Narnia, it's my Childhood. I watched all Narnia movies over 50 times and I played the 2 Videogames from Narnia 10 Times❤️😇 FOR NARNIA and FOR ASLAN
I did think Prince Caspian is a good movie, I only had a few issues with it and that's the night raid scene, I didn't really like that scene but what I really did not like about it was they made Peter and Susan the opposite of what they r, Peter is just being annoying and just not thinking straight and they made Susan a warrior and that's not what she is.
That is sooooo beautiful! But honestly: If they can make Aslan looks soooooooooooooooooooooooo real, they can do a real-live action Lion King, or am i alone with this?! I love Narnia and The Lion King! Best Disney Movie of all time! :)
Yea um the lion king live action movie isnt what i was expecting cuz like they made aslan have more facial expressions and wasnt as pure and new as it was when the original came out but other than that they made it pretty decent just wasnt as great as Narnia or the original lion king
I remember watching this movie when it came out as a kid, everyone in the entire theatre was so into this movie that everyone all laughed when they will laugh at funny scenes and people will respond to emotional or tense scenes , at the end everyone stood up and clap for this movie and then walked in quiet orderly fashion just amazed what they have watched. The world have changed for sure I am certain I will not experience something like that ever again, that was only time I witness perfect experience at the cinemas and everyone was in sync watching.
I'm listening to Aslan's voice while I'm looking at a clear, sunny sky and somehow that definitely was enough for me to realize Liam Neeson was perfect for the role.
When I was a kid, I was 5 when the first movie came out, I used to go into my Mom's closet with the lights off and close my eyes and say "take me to Narnia. Take me to Narnia." It never worked 😞

yeah and she didn't die in the train crash
Mon Mothma she SCHOOLED you on that one
I think it was such an important sentence “once kings and queens of Narnia always kings and queens of Narnia” I think it shows that even though Susan stops believing she is still respected and in my opinion will return at the gates of aslans country and await judgement but will be deemed a true Narnian because she never really stopped believing. At least I hope that’s what happened because she was an essential part of Narnia also can we just get another movie already ❤️
I read the book. Sadly, that's not what happens. She remains an unbeliever till the book's ending
These costumes are GOLD, literally!
When I was younger I seriously thought there was Narnia in my closet and that I would be crowned for saving the kingdom etc!
Jeannanas same😂
OMG me too!
But we will be crowned when the time is right, we will be kings and queens alongside Jesus our Lord Christ and Savior. Just imagine Narnia was this good heaven will be all the better.
@@cassondraforeman Amen! I can't wait to rule with Jesus Christ soon! Our lord and saviour
You’re gonna make me cry 😢
Peter's crowning always gives me chills lmao
Me to 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Its a beautiful moment in the soundtrack
0:41 I love how everyone is just like "wow cool" and then Edmund's just like "omg this is so much better than Jadis' thrown"
difference in his smile as well, there was something nasty about his smile when he sat in Jadis's throne but something more genuinely joyful about his smile here when he sees his actual throne.
They captured the essence of medieval times so well in this movie it brings me to tears, I love medieval times
well i don’t
2:10 Edmond drew that mustache and glasses onto that lion when it was a statue earlier in the movie xDDD
I didn't realize that until after I watched it again. Poor lion.
True Jackson i
I was crying laughing when I saw that,
Lol I thought I was the only one who noticed 😂
Surely it would’ve made more sense for the glasses and moustache to have gone when the lion was restored to life!
Every single time I hear that music and watch this scene, the tears flow freely.. I have never in my life felt such a magical moment.. it gives me the chills every time.
i think i love you for your profile pic, but even more for the fact that you wach narnia videos
the supernatural! phandøm is nøt øn fire Thank you Pham :) I do love Narnia. For my age, I guess that's a bit rare. Nice to see someone else like me :)
+Girija Shenoy I don't think there will ever be a point in my life when I'll stop watching, reading or simply thinking of Narnia sometimes.
This was my childhood and everything I ever dreamt to have in my life.
Now in this rather shitty part of my real life I come back here and cry a little, it's like I'm missing memories of experiences I've never had
This is just magic and it's incredibly important to me
the supernatural! phandøm is nøt øn fire I completely understand :)

I get chills down my spine everytime I watch this scene. I was in 3rd grade when this book was read to me and I love watching them get crowned a king or queen of Narnia!!
+Michelle Muir I don't just get chills, I'm weeping!
I love watching them get crownet too! its such a beautiful scene! Narnia is one of the best fims ever!

Man, seeing this makes me wish that the Silver Chair and Last Battle will get turned into movies already!
good news then they just finished the script for the silver chair YEAH
Seriously, they should film those books before the actors and actresses become to old 😭
yep! The silver chair is gonna be a movie if its not coming out in late 2016 then 2017. though the kings and queens won't be in it, just their cousin and other people.
Yeah but all except susan returns to narnia
Meanwhile I'm 20 and... well... here.
Some of the most beautiful crowns I’ve ever seen in a movie. Always loved Lucy’s crown, that’s my favorite :3
I don't know I just miss this world.
to this day i still get chills whenever i see, hear or read the name of Cair Paravel, it just sounds so magical
Their titles embody every quality they never saw themselves possessing, only to learn along the way that they wear them well.
Queen Lucy, the Valiant. "Thank you sir. I think I can be brave enough."
King Edmund, the Just. "I've seen what the White Witch can do, and I helped her do it."
Queen Susan, the Gentle. "What happened to battles are ugly affairs?"
King Peter, the Magnificent. "Aslan, I'm not who you all think I am."
"And to the clear northern sky, I give you King Peter, the Magnificent!"
Peter is Gryfindoor
Susan is ravenclaw
Edmund is Slytherin
Lucy is Hufflepuff
Do you agree?

The music is incredible!
Lucy's crown is beautiful ^^
Silver's her color
I have seen this movie so many times but this clip never fails to give me chills. I so wish I could live in Narnia!
Once a king or queen of Narnia, always a king or queen 😊
Best quote ever ❤️
I dont want movie of Silver Chair I want a movie about these 4 brothers and sisters when was rule Narnia
All I wish from the reboot is that they go back to the sorce material PLEASE. All movies after this is horrible.
Proberbly but oh they are so horrible. After such a great start and then this pft. Well one can hope the reboot will come closer ot the book.
MsMissX REBOOT?! WHENNNNN I WANT ONE NOWWWW

As Shannon C says. Not a loth about it. I really that much news about it. I just hope they get closer to the source material. Plus I would love to see a movie over the book The Horse and the boy. If we can find a way to move around the fact that there is some racistisk undertone and still stay true to the story.
"The Silver Chair" movie is in the works and it will be produced by Mark Gordon Company and Tristar
I grew up with Narnia and Harry Potter so every time I watch this scene I start to cry.
I want the other book's movies too!! Like if you're agree. ;)
Omg, when Aslan mentions "until the stars rain from the heaven", that's just how Narnia ended in the Last Battle book...
They lost everything in that war, now they're royalty.
They showed up, & changed that entire world.
Valiance, Justice, Gentleness, Magnificence.
Great story.
I know this land of Narnia should really exist I feel with all my heart yeah Narnia exists, but only for those who are chosen
I will always believe in Narnia!!
I know. d:
+Nina Louwe lifes full of suprises so never give up
Thank you
+Nina Louwe I think that the book is exactly about this.
I wish I was valiant like Lucy, just like Edmund, gentle like Susan and magnificent like Peter because I'm nothing unlike the four of them.
you're all of those x10.
PokemonSoldiers shut your cringy ass up
Madara Uchiha what's your problem..
That's true, you're not like them because you're great just the way you are PokemonSoldiers
What you can do is be yourself and allow those traits to come out and become as valiant, just, gentle, and magnificent as Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy are named as they are crowned! Someday you will become in your own way just like them. I’m working on becoming more gentle like Susan at the moment.
This Narnia movie was way ahead of its time.
Indeed
I am so disappointed that a beautiful franchise like this is incomplete.
The actors for Peter, Susan and Lucy appeared in a Disney+ Documentary Show about Props and talked about some of the props and costumes of Narnia
You don't notice it actively but it sure works on you subconsciously because there are so many, many details worked into their costumes it's spectacular
1:44 Gives me chills every time XD
The best friend goals between Lucy and mr tumnus is real.
0:31 Good to see that Oreius lived in the end
This movie came out the year after I was born. I was born in 2004. But I remember watching this when I was little. I gotta say this movie brings good feels especially at the end. It's just....magical

The emotions in the eyes of mr tumnus n Lucy when he crowns her r just to good. Makes me emotional everytime I see this scene
Loved the special look between Mr Tumnus and Lucy. Of course, he acknowledged Peter, Edmund and Susan- but Lucy was his first friend.
This first film chapter will always be the best one than the others, which were alright but it doesn't beat this one.

“And King Peter, The Magnificent”
That brought chills down my spine
I think it’s time to rewatch this masterpiece
Been a while
This scene alone makes the 1st film the best one out of the 3. Also how cute is lucy here !??
I rewatched these movies in the last week and I completely fell in love with them again.
Why do I imagine them as Godric Gryffindor, Helga Hufflepuff, Salazar Slytherin, Rowena Ravenclaw?
same. colours are similar as well
Same here!!!
+profangirl 09 I have absolutely no idea there is barely anything similar between them
+RedEyeLordofFire lucy FOUND narnia so shes a hufflepuff ,Peter is brave and chivalry like so he is a gryffindor , Susan is smart and creative so shes in ravenclaw , edmund is resourceful and crafty so hes in slytherin :D .
+Vielka Mayorga ALSO, Edmund betrayed them in the beginning. Salazar betrayed Godric, Rowena and Helga as well. The only difference is that Edmund rejoined Peter, Susan and Lucy.
My local theater did a play of this (I was very young so I was a forest animal in the front lines) and my very own sister played Lucy. It was a proud moment in my life, performing before so many people.
The vfx of this movie is unmatchable to these days movies. Especially, ASLAN.
To think this was released in 2005.
Loved this movie as a kid brings back childhood memories Narnia was awesome!
EDMUND LOOKS TOO HAPPY
This scene makes me feel very emotional 😢😢😢😢😢😢 Now I realize how awesome Narnia movies are 💥💥💥💥💥💥 These Narnia movies were part of my childhood and they bring me back a lot of emotional memories 🎆🎆🎆🎆🎆🎆 William Moseley made a fabulous role as king Peter🤴🤴🤴🤴🤴🤴
I'm glad this movie didn't take place in 2016, or else they would have done a coronation selfie.
I'm laughing so hard
If Narnia was realest in theaters in 2016, the battle with the white witch would be replaced with a rap battle with Aslan because going to war with a woman is consider promo violence against women.
dominic lontoc GTHO SPAMMER!
let's be real every one, it would be semi the same thing, the only major difference is of course there would hardly be any practical effects, most of it would be bullshit CGI, and it would look bad. And I hate bad looking CGI.
moive 2005
anyone else going back to these beautiful movies during quarantine 2020-2021?? these stories replenish my soul with love and hope :')
Aslan: To The Great Western Woods, King Edmund the Just

It will take wisdom, creativity, faith, and persistence to overcome the obstacles and challenges that will come your way in life. That's why it's so important to have the strength and wisdom only God can provide. He gives us hope, strength, and wisdom to keep going. He can build a bridge where the bridge is out. He can open the road where it's closed. The way over, through, or around the obstacles might be tough, but you can be tougher. With His help, you can make it! You are LOVED!💕

I saw this movie when I was in class 4 most probably in 2005 in the school... and I loved the movie instantly.. great movie
I love the moment where Mr Tumnus crowns Lucy
I love this movie. I wish they could have done Prince Caspian justice.
It’s the third movie that was bad

This is SOOOO much better than the first one! The actor who played Lucy is cute!
This Chronicles of Narnia film should have more scenes with the mermaids. Long live Queen Susan, and long live King Peter!
