Most dangerous submission. There's a reason they're not allowed in amateurs. Heal hooks you don't feel real pain until there's already damage done. The main way to defend a heal hook is by rolling. If you roll the wrong way and your opponent doesn't let go. You'll snap your knee and ankle just from the weight and momentum of your body.
