Love that you are building up an older platform. I am doing the same with my 2013 CSG GTI. Are you done with the build or any future plans?
Possssibly bigger turbo in the future. But done for the moment. Just been enjoying it lately
Hey man did you happen to run into any issues mounting the tires on? I have alzor tires and it looks like i might need spacers on my OEM mounts. The lugs line up and it would slot in but im worried about driving it if the wheel dosnt sit flush on the mount
Are you talking about the center ring? You need a hubcentric ring. It will adapt the wheel to the size of the hub to keep the wheel centered. They are pretty cheap
