      Start up is not determined by the work, start-up is every company which just started and has not yet reached the stable process & procedures, and has scope of letting the employees being part of that process designing.

    Excellent video. Very useful and motivational. Every single point was explained simplistically and logically with realistic scenarios and practical examples and situations. This video will certainly help confused and indecisive professionals with the confidence and perspective to decide for themselves on working with Start Ups or MNCs.

    The first point of yours is just the opposite of the reality one of my friend get job in MNC like Wipro and Cognizant and the process was clear until he got offer letter from them but later the process become so slow that it took more than 11 months to get onboarded however I am onboarded to a startup company which takes only 3 months for the entire process so I think your first point is mismatched.

    • @theCorporateDiaries
      @theCorporateDiaries  2 роки тому +3

      Dear the first point is not for the process of hiring, its the process of day to day work, the actual activities you are assigned on a project, hiring/onboarding is very quick in start ups, while MNCs have long process

    Will I get a job while carrying 🤔

    • @theCorporateDiaries
      @theCorporateDiaries  3 роки тому +2

      Dear, if you meant finding job while being pregnant, then sadly its very unlikely.. if you are visibly pregnant than you will not be considered as hiring manager will need an immediate replacement for you as you will be on "Maternity Leaves" after joining.. and if you are not visibly pregnant and you decide not to tell this in interview, then also its not a good idea, as you will not be able to avail the "maternity leaves" as most companies have a waiting period of 9 months to 1year, that means one can only apply for maternity leaves, when its been 9+months in the company. So eventually you will have to leave the job to take care of baby.

    Mam can we get job in mnc like CTS by the help of consultancy is there any option like recommendation we can get job in CTS without cracking off-campus drive just by direct consultancy recommendation whether it is possible

    • @theCorporateDiaries
      @theCorporateDiaries  3 роки тому +2

      Dear, there are few things you need to know:
      1. Freshers are hired mostly(99%) through hiring drives only
      2. Consultancies can't refer freshers, as they charge money from companies for sharing profiles and Companies get freshers in abundant otherwise as well, then why would they pay money for getting these profiles, so companies seek help from consultancies when they need profiles for difficult skills that too for experienced profiles.
      3. There can be a case where an existing employee of the company refers a fresher, that works.. but still that freshers will be put through aptitude test and other rounds as done in drives..
      Hope you get clarity..

      Dear Shashi, Learning Curve is "Small" in Satrt-ups, means you learn things in less time, having a small learning curve means learning things in much lesser time, while big means learning the same stuff in more time.

      Dear Jaya, that is very common.. there can be 2 reasons:
      1. The project for which your hiring is done is running slowly and the client has not sent the requirements to your company yet
      2. Work is there but its not assigned to you yet as it would need some time to be spent on KT, so they are thinking to finish the in-hand work with already working team members and will give to you once any fresh piece of work comes
