A big thankyou for you mam for sharing such a valuable content. Last 2 years i have been working as a CT scan technician. Even though it is a very good job I always feel like, I can become much more than being just a scanning technician. Then i got interested in HR field. I did some research and i decided to do my mba in HR but due to some reason I can't do it in regular mode so i chose online mode. I don't have any prior experience in HR field so i decided to do internships. I'm in my 1st year of college and next month I'm gonna start my internship. Even though the stipend is very low I'm excited to start my career in HR. My mind has so many confusions and fears but watching your video gives me hope that i can do something great in this field. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge and experience with us.
For sure dear, you will make it big in your career, because very less people have the courage to move careers to fulfill their passion...and you already begun your journey... All the very Best!!
@@varshakadyan55 These are nice and encouraging words. I also made a transition years ago from an office job and a recruiter at the time when I asked her Opinion said I am too old for that. I made it up to Manager level and I was still young in my end 20's what she deemed too old for a career transition. Don't be defined by other people's fixed mind. You can change your career at any stage in your life. And not only once, you can do it multiple times. It may not be easy, but it's doable.
As i have started my career as an HR executive, in a small company and it’s been a year here, so can you please advise when to switch the job or should look job into MNC ?? Please suggest
Hello mam right now iam working as a IT recruiter in one of the consultancy company and now iam focusing to get job in payroll and i got one offer from restuarant so is to good to work in restaurant as a HR Operations
Hi mam, I had worked with several Bpo companies and I am looking for domain change I want to get into HR field , I'm not sure from where to start, my current CTC justifying my job role however when it comes to HR companies are offering very less pay that to based on experience. I am not a MBA background and I really want to work as an HR. could you please suggest . Thank you!
Dear, that difference of pay will mostly be there, as you would start as a fresher in HR, but a win win situation can be where you apply/move in HR/recruitment role in your currently, then the pay factor will be managed; for sure its not that easy to move internally, but try slowly to build connections and pave your way out..

Hi i have done my MBA in HR and am currently working in the small size healthcare sector as a HR and admin, just give me some ideas on how to get into the MNC.. i have 7yrs of experience as a HR and admin...
Dear, 7 years of exp is quite good if you have mastered all the skills, do remember MNC have very separate role for "HR" and "Admin", so try to project your profile more as a "HR" and not "Admin".. if you feel your experience lack any core HR skills(HR Generalist type), then learn those skills and then mention the same skills in your resume. That will help in your job search.. Hope this helps.. All the very best!!
