My beautiful family bought me size medium sports bras, leggings and a very cushy yoga mat. And a cook book about veggies. Not vegan but I need to eat more veggies but I need to make them better. I’m so happy that they are so supportive of my success. Merry Christmas to all of you.
High Protein Lunch: I take 117 grams of cottage cheese (12 grams of protein/3 net carbs), shake some ranch dressing mix over it, add in 2 tablespoons of really delish salsa over it and mix it up and I eat it with a bag of Quest chips (load taco or chili lime 19 grams of protein/4 net carbs) and it is 31 grams of protein and about 7 grams of carbs (I do not count carbs from anything vegetable like an all-veg salsa). So filling. I still count carbs. I have been with you since you were keto and Countess of Low Card. Thanks for all you do! 🎀

PRETTY IN PINK!!! You look great in pink!! I watched your chipotle episode so I could make it myself. I used ground turkey and a bag of frozen trader joes green red peppers and onion but would be better to buy fresh. I find I get too lazy to cook but these things are so easy. so make a steak and slice it up. I bought those quest chips. It was great. You can do it. I also made salmon cut up into cubes, some teriyaki glaze and can make in air fryer but I cooked it on the top of the stove. it cooked up so fast and the salmon browned on each side. It is now my favorite way to make salmon. Cooking doesn't have to be gross. I know you can do it. If you started million dollar companies, I have faith you can cook some of these things you are buying. You said tzatziki very good after your first attempt in this video. You can do it!!!

🎀Thank you for this list. It’s a great reminder to set intentions for the new year. I actually hit my first major milestone goal of hitting a weight that starts with the number 1. I was preparing my mind to hit that in January. I’m beginning to feel that this is really going to work and get me to my actual goal. That hope is refreshing and very scary. With the holidays and different eating habits for certain meals, this is normally when any weight loss I hav achieved stops in its tracks and I can’t get the loss to start again. That was in the before times, but I can’t stop the anxiety. So, I’m working on holiday food acceptance as well as making sure that I’m getting movement in by walking this week. Taking a workout break, but I’ll be back at it next week. You can do it, Elisabeth! The home gym is calling you. My husband and I have 978 sq. ft house and convert our living room into our workout space every morning. Puzzle padded flooring hiding being the sofa, adjustable weights sitting under the front door bench. If we make that all work, then you can make your home gym work for you!

This was my first UA-cam channel to follow after being on Mounjaro It’s been 2 years total since I started walking and eating low carb - back up to I regained after gastric bypass 24 years ago But I added Mounjaro 16 months ago and I lost weight about the same rate as when I had my weight loss surgery I have lost a total of 165 lbs now 313 to 143 🎉

🦋🦋I just want to say that these GLP1 meds are life savers, used in conjunction with eating healthy (real food) and exercising whether it be walking, swimming increasing your steps per day, also drinking enough water and getting 100-120 grams of protein per day, using a food journal, working with a Dietition, all these things contribute to making better choices and making real change happen.
