Screaming exhausts, whining superchargers and blowing turbo's is what we want to hear! We review all sorts of performance cars. Camera (and I presume the microphone as well) is mounted between the seats as seen in the video, that's exactly where the supercharger intake is.
So the charger is literally 10 centimeters behind the camera.

A positive-displacement supercharger on a K20 seems better in my opinion, because it still uses the engine's own power to cram air in it. Most modified K engines are turboed.
