You’ve inspired me to reflect on my own life, yes I’m on great money but I’m tied to a desk in a dull home office/city office most of the time. That’s not living it’s just being alive… not sure what I’ll do just yet but hoping to find a path/passion out of it all.
I'd love to see Shawn and Charlotte at a park. The best I got was seeing a kid watching the channel in Skipton Pizza Express. I said to the fella "look it's those theme park people I watch on youtube" I was excited someone else watched it too.
I find it fascinating that as a kid, fireworks seemed so ham high in the sky...... but they actually only go up between 75 and 250 feet depending on the size of the rocket. so no much higher then the big one
well done to both of you at Blackpool Pleasure Beach for the final day of the 2021 season! and well done to Charlotte went on her own on a water ride in December! big thumbs up to you both ver goo video and the well done on filming the fireworks at the end of the video keep the good work up on the chanel.

Just got back today from tivoli gardens and bakken in Copenhagen . Honestly the most magical theme parks I’ve ever been to at Christmas, surpassing Disney and phantasialand and it has been snowing. Pictures don’t do it justice 🎢🎄❄️
Would definatley like to visit this park at somepoint, especially to ride Icon as it looks awsome and also Valhala when it re-opens and also the Big One.

A crowded park is nice for the atmosphere. But in a season like this it’s easier to get on certain rides. I’ve been to toverland last weekend (again) not all areas are open but it’s a nice Christmas vibe and Troy is walk on and the whole track is lit up with lights and looks so nice then. All other rides where walk on except maximus blitzbahn.
It really made my dad sad when they closed Valhalla for the time being because he helped build it when it was called project 2000 also i think everyone would love to see you and the gang do passage del terror
Great Vlog. I remember when The Reel was running back in the fifties, what a great ride that was. Showing my age now aren't I, but I still love to ride all the big coasters. Rode the Big One for the first time last tear. One of my all time favourites has to be the Blackpool Grand National, I was eight years old when I first went on it back in 1952. These days I get my nostalgia playing Planet Coaster. Keep safe.
Great last day of season video from Blackpool Pleasure Beach - do think there have been a few occasions this year that BPB management haven't made the right decisions - just hope some of those that perhaps visited for the first time this year aren't put off. Also really miss the access to walk round park when staying at a BPB hotel, does reduce the benefits of staying on site and there are a lot more quality hotels to choose from now. Charlotte has been such a big personality on the videos this year and hurrah to her for braving what can be a real soaker of a mini flume. Happy Christmas to you both and your family and look forward to watching the rest of your videos here and on adventure shawn in the run up to the festivities.
Thanks for the Christmas present Charlotte. I went on the rug rats lost river not long ago and got soaked. I squelched all the way back to the hotel. But it was worth it.

Shawn.. A Question for you.. With Thorpe Park getting a new coaster that will be 235ft high.. And I know there are some considerably higher in the world, I believe Kingda Kar is 456ft.. My question is.. How high will they go in the future?? 800ft?? 1000ft??

I'm pretty sure when I was a kid, as well as the Alice ride and the indoor kids part,which sadly burnt down, there was an around the world in 80 days ride.
Why would they open a park at this time of the year? You need November thru February to perform extensive maintenance checks, as well put in new installations. I'll have to go there at some point. I did go many years ago, but I was too small to go on most of the rides.
Hi my lovelies I have just watched this and really really enjoyed it what a lovely couple you are when I have seen other ride blogs they have always just shown the big scary ones but I am a coward lol and always like seeing the dark rides iv always wanted to go to Disney America iv been to the Paris one when it first opened when my youngest was about 11 he's now 35 so as you can see it was a while ago I love Blackpool I have been coming from Donny for 40 years plus as a fan of Joe longthorne before we lost him in 2019 I was there in September for a rememberance show we had for him at the Joe longthorne north pier as it is now know I really loved your vid if been to the Fawlty towers experience and am hoping to be there again next year I did walk up to the pleasure beach in September because I have always gone to see hot ice while I was there before I came home but it was all closed there but I am hoping to be there again soon I'm usually on my own but have always found plenty to do thankyou sorry if iv gone on a bit but I really enjoyed your vid thankyou and I hope you both have a great Xmas with your families xxx
Maybe Pleasure Beach could look at the kind of offering level the Cedar Fair parks have if they want to stay open into December. I don't even think Carowinds operates Intimidator for Winterfest and its in a more temperate climate than New Jersey where Six Flags runs 4 of the 5 B&M's (Fury is a giant lawn ornament for the event, but its 325ft tall and that would be not fun with a wind chill
Can't beet a good time in Blackpool I've been going since 1995 and still love it and see the trams rides lights and the tower circus and miss the dinosaur ride in the tower
@@ThemeParkWorldwide miss the old tines in Blackpool with the visual impaird team and I remember getting a mr sunshine Teddy and I loved going right to the very top of the tower and go on the dinosaur ride and the circus is my favourite of it seeing mooky the clown and I did a bit of comedy on the stage in 1996 and got a mooky cup and signed photo of them all I use to stay in Fleetwood every year till 2004 when the hotel shut down but my hat goes to the best times there and in July I will be coming back to blackpool for a great holiday again text back please from Aiden Leigh from halifax west Yorkshire your biggest fan
