I have repeatedly tried installing the SMEG 5.2 update on my recently purchased 2016 308 but with no success. I get as far as pressing on the box marked 'Search' in the top left of the screen but it tells me that the update can be purchased from Peugeot. It also indicates I must use what appears to be part of my VIN which I had already completed when I downloaded the map code from MyPeugeot. Very tedious.
Strange... Before the last step, it asks me for a code. And yes, I did download the data from Peugeot's official site and unto a USB just entering my 308's VIN. What am I missing here?
Providing your car is less than 5 years old the map update is free. You’ll need your vin number which you can in put in to the Peugeot website. peugeot.navigation.com/home/en_GB/PeugeotEMEA/GBP

I’m afraid I have no idea. That never happened to me.
how to delete maps to free up space?
Don’t quote me on this but I believe the old maps get deleted before the new ones install to save conflicting navigation routes and road changes

Excellent video. Pls, is it possible to allow or update smeg software ? I'm having ordinary AC system and I want to allow AUTO AC, is it possible ?
