This has got to be my favorite format of your reactions so far, with a serious middle-intensity reaction (most of your bar *catching* without breaking every single bar down reactions) as second place.
I enjoyed this type of reaction/breakdown. It's interesting to hear your view on things and how they relate to your experiences in life. Oh and just so you know, Ren usually puts the lyrics to his songs pinned ion the first comment if you ever get stuck not understanding what he's saying. Peace... ✌
I liked this. I don't mind the long format. It's nice once in awhile, but I guess I couldn't watch 2 a day or anything. Both books you talked about sound interesting, especially the first one. When I was a grad student, I took a whole class on the neuroendocrinology of chronic stress. I probably forgot a lot of it by now, but it was fascinating. There are even studies showing that the harmful effects of chronic stress can be passed on through epigenetic factors. I do think there is a lot of evidence (beyond just correlation) for man-made climate change. But I also think when you're evaluating scientific studies (and opinions), it's important to look at who is funding those studies, what they have to gain, and what kind of scrutiny is involved in their publication, when evaluating their merit.
Long form content is worth exploring on your channel. I would like to see you review something that's not so heavily mental health focused and personal next.

These breakdowns are dope. Definitely enjoy the pauses.
