Very happy to see someone taking care of the engine and drive train. I see far too many folks buy a bus and spend months or years converting it then drive off into the sunset, without as much as popping the hood or checking the oil etc. What color is your engine? If it's Teal/Green/Blue its one of the better ones, if it's black those are the engines that almost bankrupted IC. If it is black I would suggest doing a lot research the problems those engines have.
We have one of the notorious engines. Unfortunately, the mechanic that did the pre-purchase inspection didn't mention it, it didn't come up in our research before we bought it, and folks we asked in our circle were unaware, too. The good news is that the mechanics that just worked on it said everything looks like it's actually in really good shape. All we can do now is take extra good care of it and hope for the best.
The only issue I see, that I learned myself is that anything you hung will need to be unhung when you move. Things on command hooks have a nasty habit of jumping off the wall when you turn corners... Not to mention bumpy back roads.
WOW I am so glad that I found your channel, I resonate so deeply with trying to figure it all out. ! Your videos are so well put together. Excited to see your adventures continue :)
