Patch 1.08 adds an FPS Limit option to the PS4 Pro version of Destroy All Humans which allows the frame rate cap to be set to 60fps. The PS4 Pro version and the PS5 running under backwards compatibility both render at a native resolution of 1920x1080.
Mortal Shell's PS4 version runs at a locked 30fps regardless if it's on PS4 or PS5. A native PS5 version of the game is in the works and should have lots of technical improvements.
If somehow we could get rid of the 60fps cap we could see the actual CPU+GPU multiplier of the next gen consoles. I assume you could run this game at 120fps range on PS5 and Series X without issues.
Lol you are mistaken on just how powerful these so called "next gen" consoles really are. The ps5 has a bottom of the barrel gpu in it,and the Xbox is just a slight step up from that..added to the fact that 1st gen Amd RT gpus are pretty bad at raytracing, and you have very underwhelming hardware.. Pc gaming hardware took a huge jump this generation, while consoles stayed at or below the same level Relatively speaking they were in 2013.. Fans of both consoles are still stuck in 2019 level of tech, and they simply can not grasp just how much more powerful a 6800xt/6900xt or 3080/3090 are vs the consoles.
Take a look at this video.it shows a 6700xt vs a 6900xt and keep in mind that the 6700xt has a full 40cu vs the ps5 only haven 36cu and the 6700xt clockspeeds are higher as well which makes the 6700xt roughly about 15% faster then what's in the ps5.. ua-cam.com/video/ip3fhyvMVew/v-deo.html

I've not seen any Series X comparison of this game but I'll take a guess: Higher resolution with frame drops. Meanwhile ps5 lower resolution, no frame drops. Every comparison between these consoles has been like this. It's like microsoft and the devs want to push higher resolution with framerate issues, like that makes the game better for some reason.
@@webinatic216 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 If the devs are pushing the resolution further on seriesX is because they know this console can go higher then ps5... The difference in resolution between both its like 10 times bigger then the difference on frame rate 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
@@andrenascimento9112 What's wrong with you? Frame rate is more important than extra 10% in resolution. Make the same frame rate as PS5 with higher resolution then. Stuttering is a problem for fluidity in gaming. I don't want 57 fps on a 60HZ screen. Either 30fps or 60fps.
What gets me is why they never unlocked the frame rate for the pro initially when the One X had it unlocked from the get go. They were both 1080p and both ran like ass. Checkout the one x frame rate and it's very similar to the pro. 45- 60 but mainly hovering at 50.
