The reason that most people will be trying to enter safe mode is that their machine is not functioning. Therefore they need a method of entering safe mode that does not require Windows to boot fully. None of your 'methods' addresses this problem. Using the 'shift' key or the repeated power failure methods are then the only ways that may work.

Hi there, thank you for your question! ID recommend checking your program files for any remaining folders and make sure to delete any of them that are related to Outbyte, then run a Disk cleanup and hopefully that'll remove the remaining files associated with Outbyte.

Here can you solve this task?
    1. **System Service Exception Error Loop**:
    - Experiencing a recurring "System Service Exception" error that causes the computer to enter a loop of blue screen crashes and restarts.
    - Unable to identify the specific cause of the error, but it occurs consistently when actively using the computer.
    2. **Inability to Access Advanced Startup Options**:
    - Unable to access the Advanced Startup Options menu using conventional methods such as Shift + Restart or through the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE).
    - Advanced startup options, including Safe Mode, Startup Repair, and System Restore, are not accessible or missing.
    3. **Failure to Enable Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE)**:
    - Unable to enable WinRE using the `reagentc /enable` command in Command Prompt, despite attempting to run it with administrative privileges.
    - As a result, unable to utilize WinRE features for troubleshooting and recovery purposes.
    4. **Unsuccessful Factory Reset**:
    - Attempted to perform a factory reset to restore the computer to its original state, but encountered obstacles such as missing recovery options and inability to access advanced startup settings.
    5. **Safe Mode Not Working Properly**:
    - Despite enabling Safe Mode through the System Configuration utility (msconfig), the computer does not enter Safe Mode as expected.
    - Safe Mode should have a distinct appearance with a plain black background, but the computer boots into a normal mode with the regular desktop wallpaper.

Hi there, thank you for your question! I would recommend by first creating a bootable USB drive and then running windows from the USB and then factory resetting your computer hopefully this should solve all the issues you have mentioned.
