We should bring him and the other two military guys to react to “Escape from Tarkov. Raid.” I had seen a react from other military youtubers and they find things in it quite good but the ones I have seen have been US marines and then there is one British Royal Marine that I am sure others have seen before.
in fact the ability to hold your breath is partially true: you want no movement from your breathing or even your heartbeat for that matter. But to lower it to a max, before a shot, you want to exhale. That will leave your perfectly still and lower your heartbeat to a very manageable point, especially if you're prone.
I love his comment on explosive barrels at 11:07. It reminded me of a funny part from the game "Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel". One of the main characters, Bravo, says something like: "Watch out for red barrels, they're explosive." The character Salem (being a more seasoned soldier) responds: "That's not true!" Bravo: "You guys aren't big gamers, are you?" And of course every red barrel in that game, like most games, are very volatile. I just love that they put that discussion in that game. :)
That's exactly what they want you to think. Guarentee you that all the secret CIA guys have all the latest stuff, exactly like they did with the Blackbird.
you know there is different branches of U.S military right? Air force, Marine, Navy, Army, National guard. not all the funding goes to 1 branch. Top of the line guys get all the fancy tech and better guns, the bottom of line like regular joe from army don't get fancy stuff to play with, just standard issues.
It's a treat to have a military sniper explain the game and the contrast with a real life mission. ... Sniper Ghost Warrior (SGW) series has been one of my favourite franshises. Especially it was great to hear that sniper rounds don't drop as much as implied in SGW: Contracts. SGW: Contracts 2 has the longest range shots of all. Playing it with the amount of bullet drop made me think that the bullets were not up to much. I was wondering about subson rounds. .. However I am as far from an expert as someone could be. Hence great to hear the bullet drop was exaggerated by the game. Additionally, Contracts 2 was sadly possibly my least favourite of the series, but it was still quite good.
Playing through this one now. I'm no sniping expert either, but I do know irl firearms. And the game's bullet drop infuriates me to no end. That plus the game's version of wind is VERY broken. But still a fun game.
I like how he’s telling us how it should be done. I hate the way these people speed through the game like they played it a thousand times. I wouldn’t watch that video.
@@helm2247 that is also true generally a single bullet will not be enough because generally it leaves a clean injury so unless it hits major parts of the body they wont die in one shot i know this is slightly ofd topic but if you shot someone witha musket the ball on impact baeically goes flat and leavs a giant hole and does major damage
Thanks to him he said exactly what I thought. The bullet drop is way overly exaggerated in this game. A sniper round, typically .308 doesn't drop that much before at least 200m-250m.
He’s telling you facts of how you win wars. He likes the game but, the guy playing is just rushing way too much. We older more experienced guys don’t like rushing because that’s how mistakes happen.
Yes slow is fast in some cases but you also got to remember about the chance your position is found know exactly where to run who you might run into some times you won’t have that window of opportunity for your shot to be as accurate that’s why it also important to improvise such as killing a driver. Messing up on purpose so that they take their escape route if it give you a better chance etc etc your job as a sniper is not just to kill the targets it could be recon or support, anti-sniper (on the look out for other sniper and taking them out) or many others your almost never going to be behind enemy lines but there’s still a chance for that to happen like raking out a dictator or other people to chances the ties.
I would love a game with this kinda stuff he talks about, I mean like having consequences for too many kills, I like the idea of sneaking around and eliminating 1 target and leaving without compromising yourself
I’m fairly confident the gameplay he was shown was from at least a second run of the missions and on easy difficulty. The player knew immediately where cameras, less obvious enemy positions & important environmental hazard at, and the soldiers weren’t as vigilant in either early detection or take down detection. Felt more like a speedrunner attempt to impress somebody. Still very cool to watch a real life sniper reviewing a sniper focused game.

The one glaring, unfortunate omission in this game is the absence of a spotter.
I love how he said "cool guy gear"
''Engravings (And custom paintjobs) give you no tactical advantage whatsoever'' 5:00
I get it XD
Unless you plan on auctioning off.
@@mercenarygundam1487 lol yea

9:37 the Character can't take any buddies with him cuz the game is based on CONTRACT KILL and its like Hitman but pimped
In contracts two, he complains about not having a spotter. So uh, sometimes he does have another one with him
You see ivan if everyone is dead nobody can sound the alarm
This dude's cool af
I love his comment on explosive barrels at 11:07. It reminded me of a funny part from the game "Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel".
One of the main characters, Bravo, says something like: "Watch out for red barrels, they're explosive."
The character Salem (being a more seasoned soldier) responds: "That's not true!"
Bravo: "You guys aren't big gamers, are you?"
And of course every red barrel in that game, like most games, are very volatile. I just love that they put that discussion in that game. :)
Man I love this guy..he's my favourite out of all of them
Yeah thats guy Is so cool
Bring this dude to see ”Arma 3 Ace sniping”
Him: the military’s behind on technology
Me: but didn’t they pay trillions to get y’all stuff lol I’m broke lol
When my brother was in Iraq in 2009/10, he would be using computers with intel pentium 3 processors....
That's exactly what they want you to think. Guarentee you that all the secret CIA guys have all the latest stuff, exactly like they did with the Blackbird.
@@HausAbendrot if you watch the video he say that bro
you know there is different branches of U.S military right? Air force, Marine, Navy, Army, National guard. not all the funding goes to 1 branch. Top of the line guys get all the fancy tech and better guns, the bottom of line like regular joe from army don't get fancy stuff to play with, just standard issues.
@@zhen1763 I’m aware my family were in the military
I like how he breaks down everything
Forward the Big Red One
ALL MIGHT!
This guy is great! I like how fair he is in his assessments. Very informative, but he remembers that it's a game for entertainment. Very fun to watch
This is the first time i ever hear someone say aim for the chest
You aim for head when body shots aren't avaliable. Law enforcement and military always aim for body cuz its easier to hit
Always go for a body shot larger target area which means you have lesschance of missing headshots only for when you cannot get that from your position
@@afriendlycadian9857 yeah that is true, but I also heard that you would need more than one shoot to confirm a kill when shooting for the body
If you sim for the head in a concealed carry class for your range time. You end up on a list . It a good one either . Aim for the body!

Messing up on purpose so that they take their escape route if it give you a better chance etc etc your job as a sniper is not just to kill the targets it could be recon or support, anti-sniper (on the look out for other sniper and taking them out) or many others your almost never going to be behind enemy lines but there’s still a chance for that to happen like raking out a dictator or other people to chances the ties.
ive been waiting for this one
Yeah lol
In that snow mission area in Ghost Warrior Contracts you are given full control on how you execute the mission sometimes it requires no witness
Day 9 of asking gameology to get pilots to react to Microsoft flight sim or the Ace combat series
Dang that would be dope!!
I would love a game with this kinda stuff he talks about, I mean like having consequences for too many kills, I like the idea of sneaking around and eliminating 1 target and leaving without compromising yourself

@@peepeepoopooman493 nah the AI is too stupid and I was hoping for a military setting, sniper ghost warrior almost gets it but its still not there
Ask Anakin he knows alot about high ground!
This guy is superb with his job , GOD BLESS HIM
Chef reacts to overcooked
I’m fairly confident the gameplay he was shown was from at least a second run of the missions and on easy difficulty.
The player knew immediately where cameras, less obvious enemy positions & important environmental hazard at, and the soldiers weren’t as vigilant in either early detection or take down detection.
Felt more like a speedrunner attempt to impress somebody. Still very cool to watch a real life sniper reviewing a sniper focused game.
This guy is almost as cool as those others guys Israel and Cameron...almost.
3:14 this is one thing that video games get right. When you stand out in the open up high like that, EVERYBODY sees you.
