This is the loveliest tiny house i've seen so far. Makes me want to build one for myself.
The deck with the skirt helps the footprint of the house look much larger and provides a lot of outdoor living space. I really like this home. I've admired that small round sink, but never cared for how it was installed like a vessel. Setting it into the counter makes the surround much more usable.
I would be so proud if i live in this kind of house, my favorite this far. Gonna watch this forever.

Love it, however there’s no comfortable settee and the ladders I don’t like, but everything else is super looking. Really well done, the both of you.

It only makes sense if there's only a couple or a single person living inside. With two kids or a teenager, a place without any privacy could turn into living hell.
Needs an interior staircase to the bedroom and to the deck...what's behind the large white panel in the kitchen, to the left of the pullout cupboard, could be for a pull down Murphy bed...and the outside wooden deck is way too much wood and not enough stone...how much did it cost?

This tiny house makes sense. It seems to me having a bedroom where you can't stand up would get old pretty quickly. Also, the idea that most people will want to move their house is not realistic. It is a fantasy that may be fun to dream about moving your house all over the country, but how many people will say, "I feel like traveling. I know, I'll take my house with me."

Yes its cool but I doubt it would have been a large additional cost to add a second bedroom for the toddler or guests on the ground floor.
I agree! It’s not really built for their future. What’s going to happen when the kids are teenagers. Nightmare!
Judging by the materials and the positioning of the house, they can just simply buy a decently sized modern house, or build one, when the time comes. This wasnt built to save money, it was built to fulfill a dream.
Add a second tiny house to the property, until the kids leave for college. Easy.

Completely agree with you! This looks a lot more spacious than most American houses I've seen as well. Even though it's probably about the same square footage.
Great house. How does the ladder comply with the building code? I thought a ladder can only be used for access to a storage loft.
Is there a trap door in the deck side for storage for outdoor stuff ? small section, just wondered.
Yeah interesting question. When a home is one wheels they don't have to worry about lofts or stair rules. That ceiling height would probably classify that space as a storage loft, not a legal bedroom. Although that doesn't technically stop them from using it that way.
i guess the baby cant go upstairs?
is marble expensive? is that what they used and is there a cheaper alternative? i'm thinking about using it in the kitchen and bathroom!!?

I guess they don't have any clothing to wear other than what they are wearing in the video, or do they have a shed for their clothes, coats, etc?
I was wondering the same thing. Why not show this and the kids' area? A lot of people are interested in details like this. Especially families interested in living tiny.

If exposed to water whether it will be fragile or so on and how he get the electricity ... but i like it so much love it ... but add the fireplace outside the house it would be great
