Sorry sir but I have no personal experience using Actinic Blue on 24k Arowana therefore I have no opinion about it thus I cannot recommend using it. But if you want to try you may, just closely observe its effect on the fish especially on its behavior and appetite. The highest specs of light I used for golden arowana is 10000Kelvin.
you can however it might be best to couple it with water changes using aged water. observe closely. if the fish show signs of stress, always be ready to stop tanning or reduce the number of hours, or address their stress. water changes, water quality, water temperature has to be considered. also observe if tanning for 24 hours really maximizes the fish's potential to color or the opposite.
