You are so lucky to have such a beautiful specimen of a croc monitor, he seams quite chill like slinky, It would be awesome if they both got along together, I wonder if the would interact negatively they certainly seem curious toward each other, maybe in time they will become more used to each other! Hope Stacys improvement continues.
Kenan, I would definitely rethink that new hide box for Lulu and Bill. The size is great, and it looks perfect for the pair of them, but I am a bit anxious about the fact that it is OUTSIDE of the very secure suncatcher enclosure, and isn't the most stable looking, or secure. Opening it while they are inside it in particular seems like a nightmare waiting to happen, a bit of spooking and they could be up and out and loose on the property before you know it. As well, during storms or hurricanes, what happens if they are inside (or not) and it gets hit by a falling tree or branch? They could be hurt, or given access again to the outside in the midst of a storm where its likely to be hours before you are aware what has happened. Please think about moving that nice new hide box back inside, and repairing the screen you removed in some way. Its just not worth the containment issues...
if you moved it just inside of where it currently is, you could possibly put in a bubble viewing window that allows you to look into the box to check on them, and not have to patch the screening. Sounds like a great use of that hole in the screen that would be useful and nice to have, and yet would remain very secure.
Fascinating Interactions this morning. I remember how chill Bill was when you visited Tom's old place. And Chase has become so much more accepting of your touch .... I look forward to when he is as easygoing as Bill ! Diamond is another story. The female Croc Monitors may just be wired to be more fierce and less trusting. And happy about the good news. After seeing the strength of Bill bursting out of his travel tub I would definitely move the hide back inside the enclosure just for safe keeping. This summer while grooming my property I ran into a giant copper head snake. I just left him/her alone. Maybe 2 years ago I would of freaked out. Kenan you always said we are in their land so I left that thing alone. And no im not a reptiles girlie. But I respect life
One concern I have straight away is that hide box opening outside of the enclosure. I can one hundred percent see them getting spooked opening the lid and blowing up out of it taking off in the yard.

Slinky is larger than Bill correct? Water Monitors tend are larger than Croc Monitors correct? Monitors like Slinky are second only to Komodos, right? But Crocs have large teeth, and larger claws, right? What would happen if a large Water Monitor and a large Croc Monitor went one on one? Would the size advantage win? Or the superior weapons?
Are you not worried that one of them could possibly get away from you if they start fighting in that box. A scared lizard seeing that box open could jet right out of there. I'd hate to see something like that happen.

where the black tubing meets the old cage in the croc monitorers enclosure does not look very secure. between the old cage and those four washers you have holding it together that screams an escape. I'd work on something a bit more secure kenan. been a fan for many years so not hate, possibly a construction worker being too critical. I just know how strong those big monitors off and that caging could bend popping those washers out.
I noticed this new to my collection lizard has quite a sneeze on him but i shall add him into my other lizards cage anyway and o barely 4 feet away from my pride and joy lizard.. what's the worst that could happen ???? reptiles and RI infections are no joke im shocked at this
I would guess that the female with Chase (insert name) could smell Bill on you, so thats why she probably came, meaning that he's probably of interest / or she was being defensive. Slinky could also help Bill with his presence, to produce more testosterone, if that's a thing with reptiles, so Lulu will show an interest.. Keep up the videos, great news for Stacey.. Bill is amazing!! And yes, Tom has done a complete turn-around and understands Croc Monitors better than most. I’ve had the privilege of meeting his lizards and Stacy has a real connection with them!🦎
I love Tom amd his wife, i dont care what he did how he did it he is a different person now. I watch Tom and how he treats his animals. I appreciate how he treats them. On the same note, i will not be watching the new documentary about the reptiles when its full of bull and nuts. And they wil l have Tom in it. I think people should boycott it. But im one person. Wish i could help tom out but like him, i dont have a pot to pee in.
I’m interested in all animals and science and biology. But I always wonder why anyone would want to keep reptiles. Yes they’re interesting but not the kind of pet I personally would want.

I'm also worried about sharp edges on the wire at the entrance.
I'm more concerned about FWC having any reason to stick their nose in. I already know they watch Tom under a microscope.
I think you should take the one round hexagon cage out by the recreational pond and make it for the baby monitors you have

Bill and Chase seem to be close in size. Bill seems to be more robust than Chase, more mature. Bill seems more plump.
