It's the separatists that talks negatively about Nigeria. I mean yes we have a corrupt govt but we're not even top 10 most corrupt in Africa, there are worse govt in Africa, bt people like to dwell on the negative. There are so many good Nigerians doing incredible things and most people are not interested in that unless its something bad about Nigeria. I really appreciate those that show us in a positive light.

It is a Nigerian thing to support fellow Africans, even at Governmental levels. Nigeria played a phenomenal role in dismantling apartheid in South Africa. We committed huge resources financially and otherwise to ensure that our South African brothers were freed from the shackles of apartheid, but today they are paying us back with hate and xenophobia. We also played very significant roles in Liberia when they had their crisis. These are just two examples, there are many others which I may not be able to mention here because of space constraints. Nigeria and Nigerians are always willing, able and ready to support, defend and protect the rest of Africa. That makes us the giant of Africa. I’m proud to be a Nigerian.
