Next idea, long weekend away in Europe taking in games on Friday, Saturday AND Sunday. Heck, you could even do double headers on the Saturday and/or Sunday.

@@awaydaysfootballI just did a four games weekend in the Netherlands two weeks ago. I live in Germany not too far away from the border. I went to Jong FC Utrecht vs. BV De Graafschap 2-0 (2nd division) on the Friday evening because my mate had a business dinner that evening in Utrecht. On Saturday we went to Katwijk at the sea to see Quick Boys vs. SV Spakenburg 1-1 (3rd division) and in the evening we went to Amsterdam to see Ajax vs. Vitesse 5-0 (Eredivisie). He is an Ajax season ticket holder and could get an extra ticket for me. Tickets to get in the Netherlands for the pro clubs isn't that easy. On Sunday we went to NEC Nijmegen vs. Go Ahead Eagles BV 1-1.

I actually know those fans, they used to play in the 4th leauge against my local team. They may seem to be weird or funny but at least they sticked to their team through everything. Historically they are a big club, they used to be regular first leauge club but as lots of clubs, they also had a downfall. They still went to the games when they were in the 4th leauge which is an amateur leauge.

i love how the highlight of the match was when that ball came over the fence and there was a small chance you might have to go and throw it back over. was pretty exciting when that guy turned up last second to do the honours.

You should go to an FC Santa Claus game in Finland for a Christmas episode (yes, they're an actual team in the fifth division of Finland that claims to have been formed by Santa's elves after having a kickabout. Most of the players are local volunteers, apparently. I only just learned about them and I adore them).

I would love to have u come to the Apoel Vs Omonoia derby on the 23rd of December. Its a very underrated match with great atmosphere that unfortunately not many people know about. These 2 teams are at eachothers throats each time they play with Apoel supporters (right wing) and omonoia supporters (left wing) sharing a stadium and great history. I would love to see u cover a cypriot football game as the football here is better than you would imagine for such a small country and dont forget a cheeky trip to Cyprus wouldn't hurt😅

Even though a lot of the experience did not look like something I'd enjoy, this video made me very jealous. Visiting a city like Budapest and watching awful football rather than seeing tourist attractions is definitely something I'd like to do!

I once got up at 4am to catch a flight to Hungary because I could fit two 2nd division games in that day (MTE v Dorog and Gyirmot v Tiszakecske). Now THAT is commitment to rubbish football 😂

@@botondbakos5954 worst thing was the MTE v Dorog game was so bad I left in the 88th minute at 0-0. Of course, there was an injury time winning goal, and I missed it! Gyirmot are the team I follow in Hungary though, so I always enjoy a trip there 😀

Did a stag do in Budapest, was a great time with some seriously attractive women to boot. Palinka was really nice but it is definitely worth knowing many different flavours of it even in just different houses/places... so it can be hit or miss. Anyway looks fun, keep it up Ellis !
