Union are such a cool club. When in financial trouble their fans literally donated blood and gave the club the money to keep the club alive and then when the stadium was not up to league requirements they spent their own time helping build the stadium for free. A true community club ! ❤

Did you know that the fans actually helped build the stadium? and when the club needed money the fans donated blood in an action called "bleeding for union" to raise money. amazing club and its amazing seeing them do so well.

Tickets are still much cheaper than British clubs and u can actually drink the beer you’ve spent £10 on in the stands and I’ve heard the travel is really cheap for football fans

I've followed their fortunes since my first visit to Berlin just short of 10 years ago.
A wonderfully meteoric rise.
Always wanted to go to a game, but as you say very difficult to get tickets
This season has been crazy, but I'd rather watch from afar and never get to a game if it means their continued success.
Coincidentally enough, I was watching the video on my way home from work and the very moment you revealed the shirt, it was full time in their 2-1 away win at Leipzig.
Unfortunately it didn't take them back to the top this time.

Just came back from Berlin and went to Hertha BSC vs Goadbach. BEST FOOTBALLING EXPERIENCE EVER. And the city topped the trip off aswell

Hello, I have a Brazil away shirt for the WC I ordered it from a website (I ordered a shirt from the same website I checked the numbers at the back and it was real) when I tested it with the Brazil shirt it showed me the new Barca home shirt. Is it real or fake? Cause it’s seems so real to me like even the badge and the Nike logo is the same as the real one.
Didn’t realise Ellis was a baller like that what a goal.

I done Union when they was 2nd div and Same atmosphere, they was in massive financial trouble and kicked out the league for the old stadium, so the fans literally built this stadium

I think they are getting a new stadium soon I might be wrong
I love their current one!
They just want to extend it to around 30.000 among others because they have only an exeptional permission to use their stadium in the Bundesliga based on their lack of seats (they have just a 3600 but they usually need at least 8000).
They Berlin Club which wants to get a nwe stadium is Hetha because the Olympiastadion is to big for them. But they are stil searching for a side to build it and are fighting to get a building licence from city administartion who doesn't want them to move out of their current stadium.
