    That's a sharp ride man.
Myself, I'd keep it over the Escalade and definitely over the Beemer. I know they look cool, and I've never owned one, but I've heard several good mechanics say they didn't like their dependability. I don't know.

Saw a 2011 Town Car on CL in San Diego today. It had been used as an airport transport vehicle. 452,000 miles & it looked good and they said it still ran good, only thing wrong was some oil leaks. Wow.

Two things. I'd bet money that the mirror is broken. They tuen dark like that when they're broken and you run the heated mirror. I bet someone put the little domed mirror over that crack. And then there's the air suspension. The air springs might not leak when the car sits still but old springs will leak when being exercised while driving. If there's a rash around the bottom, they're leaking. Arnot industries is your friend here. They remanufacture them. The compressor is not designed to run full time as it has a plastic piston. When the springs start leaking, the compressor overheats and melts that piston. Arnot also rebuilds those compressors and replaces the plastic piston with a steel one. One you buy an Arnot compressor, you're home free with that, Your new compressor will fail soon if you do not address the bags. They're super easy to replace. Takes longer to jack the car up and remove the wheel than it does to replace the air spring and there's none of the drama and danger there is with removing a coil spring.. I've owned 90, 91, 94, 96, 01 and I daily drive an 03 Town Car so I've been through the wars. I've replaced a few compressors and air springs. I also converted tthe 96 Town Car to springs. Made the ride little harsh. Can't recommend that.

make sure when you replace that intake manifold that you tighten the screws in the exact order or you're just creating the same issue all over again with those gaskets. Also I've never seen those cars not leak air, so if you don't drive it for less than a week the back end is on the ground.
