Nothing like a Lincoln ride
That pin-stripe saved it from being a turd. lol. That car is totally mint - the stripe makes it out-standing. Nice call on the colors. I'm scratching my head over why it doesn't have the roof and a up-grade stereo - on a Signature Series? . I'm a Brougham guy,. but I luv yur vids, so I guess I'll learn the Fords now, huh. I just feel soooo sorry for the guy who had to part with this. Price is drop-dead - OMG - I can not figure out how you do it. Gawd bless youse guys. IF they were making this car now, it wud be like 70K.
Anthony, this car is truly stunning! The pinstripe is the perfect addition to make this car pop big time! And that interior looks showroom new. I would definitely be proud to own this one in such a wonderful color combo. And I think the PGH you mentioned could be the abbreviation for Pittsburgh. That would make sense since you said the original owner was from West Virginia, which isn't too far from the South Hills area of Pittsburgh.

What a beautiful color combination. I have seen very few Towncars in person that have a cloth / vinyl tops. I love the subtle difference it makes in roof line.
I have been watching your vids for awhile now and the thought and presentation you put into each one is phenomenal. You are a true professional sir. I love the Lincolns and I think my favorite was the light blue one. My wife came from Pelham back around 64, but we live in Bolton Mass now. I am seriously thinking about getting one of your Lincolns just not right now. I am a senior citizen now and your cars are my cup of tea. Keep up the great vids I really appreciate them.

The paint is Light French Silk, Pueblo Tan was not available in 2006. It is a beautiful subtle gold that has a minor color shift in low light conditions. I think this is the first one I have ever seen with a chocolate brown vinyl top, most I have seen have the canvas top. Super nice car, definitely a good one for a collector.

I was hoping for a Pappa Bear road trip! Pretty car, but I would absolutely remove the chrome wheel arches. I also would prefer a fabric cabriolet top, if it must have one at all. I like the pinstripe color choice, just not that arrow head design by the front cornering lamps. It's always good to see you, my friend.

Looking at this beauty reminds me of my '04 Signature in Light French Silk with a dark brown cloth top. The driver I drove until the top of an uprooted oak tree totaled it. Just getting things sorted and was all set to get a set of Travelstar whitewalls too. It had all added trim save for the door pillars. Now with a '98 Touring Sedan in black I have the one model that black wall tires are perfectly suited for.
What a beauty! You did a fine job showing it. The only improvement for showing the undercarriage would be driving slower over the phone.

Great video as always and love the idea of placing the phone on the ground and rolling over it for those of us that don't have access to a ramp or lift. This one will sell fast.

I like these without the fake padded vinyl hop and cheap o Pimp chrome stuff. Stock is best , I think. The moonroof is a great thing but I’ve had aftermarket roofs which leak. My good friend worker at the ASR shop near San Mateo a long time ago. They did the rooftop chop and a lot of issues on after market installations.

I’m looking for another 2005 Lincoln town car signature limited with sunroof. Took my car in for a tire change and the place literally ruined my car. Hood completely smashed passenger side dented and scratched, driver side interior door panel damaged, grill demolished and hood ornament missing.. They have yet to fix as promised. Long story and it’s a big company.. I’ve had it since new. Babied my car like that pretty black one you did a vid on. Never would I have thought this could happen. 😢

I am looking at an 06 Town Car brochure since I have a base 06 Town Car. It says the Designer has "Provence leather trimmed seats with shirred inserts and contrasting piping" I will now need to go look up what that all means.

Agree with you about the new Escalade. The styling emphasis is on the vertical, all the horizontal features are squeezed and small. To me the proportions are too tall and it looks too much like the box it was shipped in. Considering that even a lower trim level with options pushes the vehicle close to $100K, I’m surprised at how well they’re selling. Smaller engines with turbochargers are the new norm. Frequent and Meticulous maintenance is going to be more critical than ever, unless early turbo and engine failures don’t bother the owners of them.
what about the front middle seat? some Town cars come with the middle seat belt while the middle seat buckle is nowhere to be seen lol, is it under the seats?

NOT into the vinyl top...dont understand why they made them...unless you can garage your car, they're worthless...also intake manifold must be checked...just changed mine in my 09 CV...not a cheap repair.

You must have a large staff of drivers, mechanics, detailers, tire guys, lube/oil people, carpet cleaners, tune up specialists, parts department, documentation specialists, internet staff, salesmen and there must be a General Manager. How can you sell your cars at a reasonable price with all this overhead?
Anthony and Papa Bear do most of the wrenching themselves, Anthony does the paperwork and they have a couple of sublet shops for detailing and light mechanical work...still essentially a two man operation I am a customer and have seen them in action firsthand

Like it, a lot. It would great next to my '05. But I'd have to trade my '17 DGC SXT that hasn't seen anyone's butt but mine in the drivers seat, (leather and suede) 3 layers of mats, 41K miles and serviced at the same dealer since new, no where else. Has options others didn't then. Just got 30.6 MPG on the road to western VA. Not sure if I could let it go even for another beautiful LTC?
