- In today's episode we do a diy spray paint on my valve cover! We started by stripping the valve cover of the old paint, then hit it with primer and engine enamel white, and finished it off with clear coat!!

Nicely done! 👍👍
Soooo....when ya gonna ummm drive it? 😉😁
My goal currently is to have it running by summer, I know the car still needs a lot, but I'll make sure it drives again😉😂
@@ProjectRacecar2 I was just teasing you. I totally understand how these projects can go and how much time they can actually take to complete. In the meantime, the videos are very helpful. Looking forward to seeing more. 👍👍
@@SeventyRS for sure they can be a decent amount of work, I've been trying to space it out to where it's not too much, so we are making it slow and steady🤟🏻 but thank you for the kind words! Hopefully the videos will help some people out🙂
Looks pretty good ,

Thank you!! Yeah it didn't turn out too bad for a rattle can job! Thanks for stopping by!
looks like you got some overspray on your front bumper...looks great though! Oh yeah T-Shirt me.

hm first video I have seen not using the "VHT" paint. I might have to try this because vht colors lacking...I want a nice green
I'm not sure if it was just my area but this brand might also lack in the colors😬 hopefully you are able to find a good color, green is always a solid choice!
You got skills broo
Thanks man!! It's just about a bit of practice and patience!! I'm really happy about how it came out! Thanks for the kind words!
T shirt giveaway
Good luck!!
Looks good but seeing that overspray was painful
Very fair, the cars paint is shot, and needs a full paint job that I will be getting in the next year or so, I wasn't too worried about it, I should be better about the over spray
@@ProjectRacecar2 valid I just painted my cover in the garage and left the car outside with a towel over the engine
@@ProjectRacecar2 was too cold out to paint outside
so you got overspray in your garage instead
T shirt me.
I got you🤟🏻
