I was on a milsim team a couple of years ago. We attended an event where members of the other team had NODs and we didnt. One of our teammates had experience playing against guys with NODs and gave us some tips on how to effectively fight them. For one, stay in the "shadows" even at night. The other was to lay down, completely still, and let them pass. Sure enough we ran into a situation exactly like that, we laid down on the forst floor, the whole squad passed within 10 feet of us and we turned ans burned them the second they passed. 10/10 would lkve to see the looks on their faces again after that lol

There where so many tiny details that made this feel so real, at 29:12 the way she feel from getting shot in the leg while firing was so real I thought it was a real video for a sec. great game, and great job drewski!

I love these vids. They're the reason I found your channel, and also what drove me to find my ops group, which is where I met a lot of my current friends. You gotta make more Arma vids, dude. They're so fire.
Arma is such an exciting game... every time I play it or see videos like these I get excited. And the best part: most of this mission wasn't even about shooting, but preparing and slowly overtaking a base.

yeah, i was on ear piece and my phone was on a really high, say 80% volume so i could hear exactly what people were saying
These videos are best with headphones, especially with the older videos where global and local comms are in opposite ears, for the immersion, but that volume spike when action pops off is definitely the main major problem with watching these videos on headphones lol

Drewski, LOVE the Splinter Cell sound effects! That wonderful game ate hundreds of hours of my life. I still remember dieing constantly trying to sneak past guards. It was my first experience being terrified from a video game. Other than Final Fantasy Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell is the best FPS game I've ever played. No other game I've played has so entirely changed the way I feel while playing. Thank you for the Blast From the Past!

best part about these ops is the wounded mechanics, one of the most detailed ones ive ever seen haha, i wish other games like squad had a more hardcore healing system

This is 1 of the first videos i have seen of Arma3 and am thinking about getting it. Was loving the realism until he started using that M203 every 20 seconds. That man must be carrying a duffel bag behind him full of those reloads lol.
