the main problem is postprocessing. You look at the screen, you like everything, you take a picture, you go into the gallery, and the dark areas are super black almost always. In general, it is a very strange post-processing. Compared head-on with my 9RT, everyone likes the picture from it more.
They are very inconsistent. OnePlus 9 Pro's IMX 789 did 4k 120 and 8k 30 on the main and the UW (IMX 766). The UW even had freeform lens which is of a better quality than 12's (7p vs 6p). Why these features were dropped? Shift in management. OnePlus is nothing more than an alias for Oppo.
THIS!!! Now, if you look closely to the DNG photos prosuced by stock camera and compare them to Lightroom DNG, the difference is big. Also, DNG from the 3X periscope has a LOT of artifacts that make the photo unusable. DNG from gcam are a lot better but they have a weird color profile.
I think for a camera I wouldntake a Pixel any day of the week. But ither than that the Pixel is trash. One Plus has always had the hardware specs I want with a decent camera. I havent used the camera too much yet. But it is taking way better photos than the Samsung I had.
The camera is more than good enough, the zoom is by far the most surprising thing about OnePlus 12 camera. But yeah pixel is still a bit better. But the pixel was just annoying, overheating, slow charging, battery life wasn't the best.
@@Techsnowball Yeah. I had issues with Bluetooth and hotspot on previous Pixels. That is just absolutely unacceptable as I use my phone for work constantly
@@saucekilla2136 they always add something nice, last year's apple log was one of the biggest camera upgrades ever for professionals. But that one iPhone that added slow motion selfies... Probably the most useless thing I've ever seen

Yh I noticed it too
Excellent observation and point of view. I don't much of of disappointment about OnePlus 12 on UA-cam much. Keep up the good task Mr. SnowBall.
🙏
The film mode takes LOG video in 9 Pro but not on 12.
Really ? Why would they remove that
I read about Oneplus 12 problems for the US market. European models doesn't have these strange issues you are talking about.
I got this phone in the UK, it doesn't matter which region you're in.

That's suckssss
OnePlus has to see this, please!

Not a fan of using DNG, hate having to choose between having either or. Why can't we just get a DNG copy after every processed photo.
Before watching this video I was wondering why you have only 72 views. But after watching this video I can definitely figure out the reason.
and why is that ?
@@TechsnowballJust a Oneplus fanboy 😂

@@saucekilla2136 so the last oneplus phone you had was 9 pro? did you try 11 or 12 ? because from what i've heard oneplus 9 pro was pretty bad
I still think the iPhone 11 Pro has the best camera
