Absolutly love mine, i do have a flat garden, 1100m2 and i can mow it 2-3x with one charge! Super quiet also! I have lots of experience with ice mowers.
I've looked at one of these and it's OK for fairly flat gardens, but I don't think it's tough enough for more rugged gardens with obstacles like bulging tree roots. How is the ICE to EV lawn tractor conversion project going?
Makes a huge difference running on lithium rather than lead acid, though they do seem a bit tiny! A handful of large LiFe PO4 ones would be great but then you'd not be able to remove them.
I hear you sir, but this is the fist ‘Ride On Mower’ not ‘Zero Turn’ with removable batteries. We also work with EGO and have reviewed the Z6 and even converted one to RC on this channel 👍🏼
Stiga sucks. I had a lawnmower and a leafblower on battery. After a few years these batteries died and stiga didn't sell them anymore. So i could throw away my equipment. The new series batteries had the same voltage and Ah, but do not fit anymore. Be warned! Buy a brand from who you are sure that you can always buy a new battery that fits!

Something else that I don't need but I want.
That is a great idea! Thanks for the video.
Thank you George 🤩

My Deutz tractor has a very comfortable seat.
Can you get the Mountfield freedom 28e like that one and review that one?
@@Green.grass.mowing is not identical except the colour?
@@MachineryNation have you already tested it out and reviewed it?
Do they all come with wife option or is it additional cost? I don’t mind as I’ve never had a mower with that option😂
Great video as usual 👍
Yes indeed, and the mower comes free 😂😂 thanks Al 👍🏼
@leonardo migot Hi mate, I can’t comment as I have never used one I’m afraid. The low power is probably just tuning out of the box.
@leonardo migot You can still tune the carb 👍🏼
I thought the Ego had removable batteries?
You’re right, this is a Ride On where as the EGO is a zero turn. But we’ll spotted 👍🏼
Predictive smelling spoiled your comment well
How much is servicing
About half what a petrol machine costs
Less rust is a pro for me🤣
So is it better than fuel powered mower thought you were gonna compare
A cut above the rest!
1:22 false ego has mowers where you can remove the battery’s
He's regarding Rear Discharge Collecting mowers :) The Ego Z6 is side discharge.

Don't care for the controls and doesn't seem to be able to much or side discharge, hard pass.
They have mulch plug but on. My petrol just shove rags in the hole
I will keep my gas mower .
I know they are twice as much however you can tip these on end to power wash and store
@@barrytipton1179 well the larger ryobi model does a great job . And the extra cash belongs where it should in my pocket .
