Thanks for your videos! I can tell from your 3-month progression updates that you are super detail oriented and that you care about the quality of the content of your videos. Thanks so much for helping us newbie plant parents navigate this new world!
Thank you for posting the video of the whole process. So many seem to just show the plant being chopped up, so it’s great to actually see the results too!
Hello Kevin! I'm Brazilian and I love your videos. I love when you speak. You express yourself very well and it fascinates people. I learn a lot from your videos. hug 🇧🇷😍🤗
Thanks for this video, I just got a syngonium albo and I’m looking to propagate in the future, so this was helpful. I typically prop in water. I’ve tried sphagnum and wasn’t the biggest fan. Didn’t see much of a deference then water and in water I can see new roots coming in!🤩
thanks for sharing your success i wonder is there som cuttibg that never have roots? cause my cutting didnt produce roots and its in water for 1 month ago 😥
Good questions! I have experienced a few cuttings not root despite having aerial roots. Some also take longer than usual. I think key things are changing the water often (like every 2-3 days) and giving it a lot of light. Just as long as there's a node + aerial roots, there's always a chance it will.
I am new to LECA. I see that you said that you submerge the cuttings deep into the LECA. So, are they then in the water? How deep do you have the water. I’d love to know. Thanks!
Hey! You can totally do this. However...I usually have higher "casualties" when I do this. Some people have luck with this but I always have trouble 🤣.
Does anyone have problems with new leaves not unfurling or turning yellow in Leca? I have two plants in Leca and both have produced 1 leaf that didn’t make it
Hey Sina! If you're talking about the planter in the beginning, they are the t4u 4.25 inch planter from amazon. If you're talking about self watering planter at the end, it is also t4u 4.5inch self watering planter from amazon.
Anybody else just stumble upon his channel 🙋♀️

Hi Kevin. Love watching your videos and learning from you. Where do you get the self watering pots? TIA
I am new to LECA. I see that you said that you submerge the cuttings deep into the LECA.
So, are they then in the water? How deep do you have the water. I’d love to know. Thanks!
Hi Kevin! I was wondering, would propagating these albo syngs. work in just complete soil? I love how your videos are so easy to follow, keep it up!
Hey! You can totally do this. However...I usually have higher "casualties" when I do this. Some people have luck with this but I always have trouble 🤣.
AMAZING!! I’m so glad that your experiment work out so well 😃
Quick Q: what type of grow lamp are you using?
Keep it up!!
XO from Greece ❤️
Hello thanks! I use the t5 sunblaster led grow lights.
Omg!!! I’ve been waiting for this 😍🤣💚
Haha you have?!
@@kevin. yass! haha i love watching your sygnonium albo propagation videos!
Do you use a lace on your self watering pot?
Such a cutie!
Right these plants are so cute 😊🥰💚
Hi!!
Do you keep the pot always merged in water? I want to propagate some of my syngonium cuttings using leca.
NEW SUBBIE!!❤️
What's the name of the white pots I see you mostly use with the wicking system. Are they on Amazon?
My favo youtuber!
I get the most excited about his updates. Seeing his root and growth progress when my plants are being so slow just DOES IT for me, ya know?
I Iove your videos boo!
That's so nice for you to say!!
Haha thanks Stephanie. I'm so happy you've stuck around
Thanks Roxanne
I'm new to LECA, when planting the cuttings after rooting in LECA do you remove the leca from the roots or leave it on??
You don't have to remove all of it of you're transplanting in soil.
Does anyone have problems with new leaves not unfurling or turning yellow in Leca? I have two plants in Leca and both have produced 1 leaf that didn’t make it
What’s the concentration of your GP for the nutrients not the rooting hormone .
Hey ! What are those Plastik Pots? :) looking for those. Do you always root just with room temperature or do you recommend a heatmat?
Ok Food Container, lol :D
Is there a specific reason to use Leca and not soil?. Can I use soil..
whenever i propagate in leca, my cuttings dry up? so i tend to stick to sphagnum moss when rooting a cutting
So many people have luck that way! I submerge my cuttings really deep in the LECA 🥰
You have to keep the water to the top of the leca when propagating.
😊
💚💚💚
Would you mind sharing the source of your pot insert?
