You guys should start a whole series of football physics.
Lmfao, I could have explained this in kindergarten, the ball is spun as it leaves yer hand & momentum carries the spin through th pass ☠😂💩🤡💩😂☠
Whys the thumb nail steeler mike vick
Hes a lefty is my guess
he has a solid spiral. Plus he can flick it like a dart
He the goat 🐐🔥🔥
I thought it was Kordell.. but he wasn't a lefty nor was he #2
@bobby myers I found the white guy
Loved it. Would watch this if it was a series, Dr Gay has got a great personality
Lmfao, I could have explained this in kindergarten, the ball is spun as it leaves yer hand & momentum carries the spin through th pass ☠😂💩🤡💩😂☠
@@xp8969 So, hows 6th grade going for you buddy?
4:59 - That non game stock footage was used as a part of The NFL on NBC's intro for 1993 and 1994.
Warren Moon has the prettiest spiral
Marino in my opinion
@@middleage_maniac1692 yeah Marino has that quick tight spiral that he can sling at high velocity, but I like Warren moons ball because it reminds me of how Russel Wilson throws his deep balls. Just a perfect arch and flight time, thrown so high and but still accurately finds his target.
Moon was on another level at times
Moon threw it over handed and ripped it with his fingernails. Probably had more RPM’s on his spiral than anyone else.
This guy is just antithesis of contemporary unintellectualism that is plaguing this country right now. It is a world where a Physics teacher captured an audience of 90000 in a Football field.
We need more guys like this.
POV: this is the only time you actually paid attention to physics
Nah, I'm a nerd
You should've learned this in middle school.
no way jose
Lmfao, I could have explained this in kindergarten, the ball is spun as it leaves yer hand & momentum carries the spin through th pass ☠😂💩🤡💩😂☠
Yep
Two words: warren moon
You can tell the spinning football continued spinning once it fell off the table.
Just ask Dan Marino.
I didn't realize Dak ever threw a spiral pass? Learn something new everyday.
Lamar? Hehe
Nicely done, Guv'Na... Spot on!
Loved this video
Soooo frickin cool!! 😎
Lmfao, I could have explained this in kindergarten, the ball is spun as it leaves yer hand & momentum carries the spin through th pass ☠😂💩🤡💩😂☠
Very cool
could we also speak about the pressure differences of football in different temperatures?
An awesome video
BRING BACK PHYSICS IN FOOTBALL! To prime time broadcasts! Now!
ask Warren Moon, prettiest spiral ever thrown...
GBR!
So does the spiral of a pass have a similar stabilizing effect to that of a rocket's tailfins (keeping the projectile pointed in the direction of motion), or am I misunderstanding one/both of these concepts?
Not exactly. Its more like the spinning motion of a bullet. In fact a football is more or less shaped like a bullet. Albeit a two way bullet.
But calling football, bulletball is kind of counterintuitive.
On second thought, calling it Foot ball is counterintuitive as well.
My buddy Eric and I can do that pretty easy
You should produce a video that I want to watch. Before I die.
I would score an A+ in class if they teach about football physics.
I never saw Donovan Mcnabb throw a spiral. Every pass he threw was a duck.
That’s so true lol
Another glitch in the matrix
Lmfao, I could have explained this in kindergarten, the ball is spun as it leaves yer hand & momentum carries the spin through th pass ☠😂💩🤡💩😂☠
I’d give anything to throw the perfect referee underhand toss. #fact
Who tf would dislike this video???
😭😭😭😭
Ohhhhhhhh….. now I got it. 🤥🤥🤥
0:20 I thought my video was buffering
99% of my throws are perfect spirals. I too, am fascinated and love watching the football fly through the air. Let me know when you need a volunteer. I've been throwing since around 2004. The duke nfl official game ball is my favorite to throw.
PFM threw ducks and won SB50
So did Warner in 99
First comment
No one cares.
I care
So tell me, why is it called football when most of the time the ball is in your hands 🤔
Cause the game evolved from real football
@@xp8969 It evolved from Rugby football.
@@toledoseahawks3348 that's what i'm sayin
football -> rugby football -> american football
@@xp8969 no, rugby football was also the origin of soccer.
@@toledoseahawks3348only if time flows in reverse 😂
Get back to throwing and it's all the fundamentals how you throw the football
Mike Wazowski irl
Proverbs 18:10
The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.
Lmfao, I could have explained this in kindergarten, the ball is spun as it leaves yer hand & momentum carries the spin through th pass ☠😂💩🤡💩😂☠
Too elementary; need some equations.
@@StoicContrarian not for something this simple, I don't need a mathematical equation to figure out that the door opens when I turn the doorknob 😂😂
@@xp8969 he mentioned appreciation in the video. Learning how things work is fascinating no matter how intuitive it is.
You can’t spell your and the, Your still in 1st grade
😂@@AK.CC1 I chose to shorten "your" to "yer" drop the letter "e" from the last "the" and use the "&" symbol rather than the word "and" so my comment would fit evenly on 3 lines because the visual layout of the text is important to me, cool that you cry over slang
Please tell me how the hell it took this guy two decades to figure out why the football can spend the way it does that makes absolutely no sense yeah good physicist
This was so boring.
