Great video. I like that it hits on all the key points that a person wanting to purchase one from the build perspective would want to know.

Old video but I have to add my experience now. I'd say their quality is NOT THERE AT ALL. My 2023 fuel toy hauler was missing furnace air ducts from the factory, (awesome quality control at its finest) and wiring under the trailer wasn't even in the plastic wire housing. It looks like it was wired by a 2 year old, just strung all over the bottom of the camper, not fastened and hanging everywhere. My auto leveling system was all miss labeled and wired wrong. Instead of lowering the two rear jacks it would lower both left jacks. I rewired that myself. The two fresh water tanks weren't even plumbed together for the water pump. The pump would only pull from one tank. All fittings were loose and first time filling it, it leaked all over. I purchased a very expensive camper only to have it back in the shop for months. And once something is torn apart to fix it, it seems like it is never the same. I actually called Heartland and they made it seem like it was the dealerships fault that they didn't catch all this that was WRONG FROM THE FACTORY. And now I am seeing a lot of reviews on the internet of how poor the quality is. I will be adding my experience to every review I come across. It is ridiculous to have things like this missed from the factory. I HIGHLY recommend not buying anything made by HEARTLAND.

I totally agree. I got a 2023 Heartland Milestone less than 2 months ago, and I am having major issues. We need to start a class action.

We got Fuel 250, 31 things on unit had to be fixed. Biggest when Happi Jac fell. Lucky my motorcycle was not in it. Workmanship 9:31 Workmanship sucked, TV was not hooked up. 1 siding window would not work. Bought from a Camper World

I noticed their Razor line wasnt mentioned. Anyone know if the same construction was used in the 2008 Heartland Razor? Reading comments, it sounds like Heartland was a lot like Boeing. Real solid in their early years to build reputation, and then absolutely tanking in quality control in favor of profits. I think the 2000's were the best years and i often hear that older units were better built.

Mine came from factory with out the drain hose for the refigerator installed properly causing flooring water damage. So much of Quailty control.

I know this video is old, but What about the fuel RV.. is it built with quality and craftsmanship too. Or just quickly built and shoved down the line.?

Heartland Fuel Toy Haulers are run down the same line as our other toy haulers. Built by the same craftsmen…so the simple answer is yes, they are quality-built. Thanks for asking

@navigide hahahaha craftsmen is not even a stretch, it's a lie. I guess, "burnt-out assemblyline alcoholics" or "it beats working at McDonald's high- school dropout" doesn't sell rvs, right?

My 2018 fuel has the ceilings falling down with the staples coming out, fresh water, black water and gray water tanks had leaks and issues, many other things i had to fix since the day i bought it, there are no excuses for this terrible craftsmanship, you can see in the video how fast and half ass things are slammed together.

hahahaha... calling them craftsmen is not even a stretch, it's a lie. I guess, "burnt-out assemblyline alcoholics" or "it beats working at McDonald's high- school dropout" doesn't have the same ring or sell rvs, right? What a joke (on me it turns out). My 2017 cyclone 4250 that was purchased for $107,333.00 can attest that this company has met and exceeded the high standards of heartland... the problem is that bar must be about as low as they make you feel when bringing any issue to them. The fact that they then move the rv to a seperate location where they double and triple check these errors while collecting the biggest paycheck for diving around in a golf cart and screwing the eventual owner ever is a bigger joke. Please shop around
