Let’s go champ!!, been here since the double digit sub count days.💪🏼
Just wanna say you inspire me bro, I thought I was training hard until I stumble upon your videos. I'm planning to do the same content but boxing.
נו מה הסיכוי שהסרטון פשוט מוצע לי בפיג ודברתי איתך בחדר כושר ביום ראשון איזה עולם קטן
The champ is back,🏆good to see your healthy and consistent posting glad to see your back God bless. Also random question what will be your walkout song when you fight int the ufc?
Haven’t really thought about it. It might be Venum Eminem, because my nickname is Joey “the viper” but Eminem kinda washed so idk
lmao everytime i go back to this channel youtube always unsubscribes me idek y
Good morning. Do you have health insurance? You might see if your insurance covers chiropractic care. I'm age 22 and first saw a chiropractor when I was age 18 when I had some back issues. He did a great job readjusting some vertebrae and muscular issue. The pinched nerve thing is something they might help you with.
les go bro keep going, ur channel is blowing up less go, btw is this bella gym?

Hey bro, I love the channel, I’ve just started making similar videos about my journey to billionaire ufc champ!
9:52 you lack the same thing I do and I have no idea what it is. We will make it into UFC when we find out.
100k subs soon
Yessir 🤜🤛
What are your quick thoughts on these 2 fighters--I notice the body on the loser seems very under developed where as the body of the winner seems a lot more trained. Just the comparison of abdominals is night and day!. ua-cam.com/video/Q6PwgsO6vPc/v-deo.html
hello brother
I see you pumping out them shorts good. Well done on balancing training and business, some people focus too much on one of slack off on the other, so well done.
Please don't waste your money on placebo therapies, your money is much better spent with real therapy or just towards equipment and training. Im saying this because when it comes to injuries people are quick to suggest things like cup therapy, chiropractics, acupuncture, naturopathic medicine etc. Evidence behind these treatments are very weak and they all work on the basis of placebo. They require regular "adjustments", which is just a way for them to rinse your wallet. If you want help with your back go to a real doctor, there's a reason why these niche "therapies" aren't prescribed by normal doctor. I am educated in biomedical science, so if you want me to research anything for you I can do that for you, just ask.
Nice work in the gym as always. Can wait to see you in the fighting gym soon. Nice work
yo you're a G bro. Is there links to milk and dairy products causing inflammation in the lower back or on your face? (acne) You seem like the person to ask this 🤜🤛
@@JackedJoeyYT I'll put the names of the papers because I think youtube doesn't like posting links. Paper (1) indicates that dairy products do not usually induce inflammation, it actually says it can sometimes promote anti-inflammatory effects, but the evidence of this is weak. However, if you have a possible intolerance to dairy products, these results don't represent that, and it could cause back pain/inflammation if so. I found another paper (2) which found an association between acne and dairy consumption between people aged 7-30.
For you, because you're young, I wouldn't worry about the acne. It's possible for the back pain to be caused by something you're eating, but it also could be something else. You could try going off dairy for 2 weeks to see if anything is better. There is evidence that lower back pain can be caused by vitamin D deficiency, dehydration, and obesity/high fat diet. Based on your videos I don't think it is the vitamin D or high fat, but it might possibly be dehydration. You could just by some multivitamins (if you haven't already) and make sure you keep up on your water to rule out the obvious dietary issues. However, again these are only considering dietary-induced lower-back pain, where as the issue might be stemming from something else.
Paper 1 - "Exploring the Links between Diet and Inflammation: Dairy Foods as Case Studies"
Paper 2 - "Dairy Intake and Acne Vulgaris: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of 78,529 Children, Adolescents, and Young Adults"
If the back pain has been going on for a while, probably best to go to the doctor.
@@user-lm2tg3gp9f you're a beast thank you bro. I'll keep you in mind whenever I need help with something like this

How can i loose Weight fast Bro?
Does starting muay thai help?
Yes it does it's a great form of cardio
Bro not tryna be mean but to get to ufc gold u first gotta start young , be mad talented and/or work REALLY HARD (like 10-12 sessions a week, serious sessions not hitting bag for 10 minutes) for TOO MANY YEARS. Be more realistic with your expectations so you are not dissapointed in the future. Good luck!
12 sessions is way to much. He will overtrain and his muscles won’t recover.
@@Boxingfan67 have you ever fought profesionally?
@@ABA20134 did you read my comment? I’m talking about him not overtraining. And I have amateur boxing matches
At least, he’s not sitting on his ass in front of a screen all day.
And he’ll beat you in a fight 7 times a week and twice on Sunday.
