The golf commentary style LVD has is legendary, you should definitely check his channel out. Super interesting decks, super informative commentary, no "content creator" need for being funny, just pure gameplay and knowledge at a chill pace.

Monstrous rage gives units with prowess +4/+2 and trample. Might of the Meek, given that this deck doesn't have any mice, would give +1/+1, trample and draw. For an aggro deck, I'd take Monstrous rage for sure.

The pain lands are tough in a deck that wants to dump loads of spells a turn, hopefully Duskmourn gives us some tools to fix this issue.

Given monstrous rage gives the extra damage but have you tested might of the meek? Gives the prowess trigger but also a cantrip.
