You can tell how much love has been poured into this I’m seeing it for the first time all as one package. So creative with all the little details. Loved Spidey counting the steps of Lizard‘s directions and then giving up. That bit got me! Also seeing that this is only a year or so old warms my heart that people still love this game over 20 years later.

It’s always bugged me. Why would JJ call Peter to tell him to call the Police instead of just calling the Police to begin with. It only makes sense if he knows Peter is Spiderman and he’s just calling Spiderman for help with Scorpion.
Less so that it's a "family friendly game" more so that everyone here is based around the 90's animated series cartoon without ever directly stating it, so Venom *loves* to shit-talk Peter to fall in line with that portrayal.

Real cool video! I like all the fight scenes and the additions such as Black Cat helping Spidey and not just disappearing on him or being a victim lol. Obviously the Raimi easter eggs are cool too. The only thing that was left open ended was if Spidey just left Cletus to die in the end lol. Usually he would go to distance to save even his worst enemies.

I still say after all these years after playing this game so many times I always wonder what happened to Cletus Cassidy AKA Carnage I still believe he found a way to escape
The symbiote left Ock and slithered back into the wreckage to find Cletus. Also, if game Carnage works the same as comic book Carnage, then the alien can regenerate inside of Kasady’s blood stream. So it’s very possible he regenerated and escaped while Ock was chasing Spider-Man. Either way, he probably survived.
