    While this seems like a very nice workout for someone who’s already very fit, the video is called ‘How to use a foam roller’. It should be basic techniques, not an advanced routine. I just bought your foam roller for easy stretches because my doctor suggested it, and was looking for a beginner video. That is not this video...
