Recipe:
2 cups plain flour (all purpose)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (coconut oil works too)
1/2 cup salt.
2 tablespoons cream of tartar.
1.5 cups boiling water

I tried this with both cornstarch and cream of tarter. Do no use cornstarch. The texture is off, and i had to use more flour to get a decent consistency.
