Process and perfect fit You are so underrated possibly the most talented woodworker on youtube all your project are so well thought out and well designed and each one is better than the last one wel done sir
Perfect fit. Process is fine, but ain't nothing more satisfying that seeing that project go together and it fits like a glove. Beautiful work as always, sir.
Perfect fit. This is a not so hidden gem lol. The way this table sits is stunning. Your designs are so well thought out and cohesive, everything has a reason to be there. I agree with others that this is the most underrated channel for woodworking on UA-cam. Great work.
Perfect fits are so satisfying because of the process. Its all your hard work paying off. Particularly when you try something dumb and it somehow works.
Perfect Fit. The biggest GEM for me on this video was the tip not to chamfer with the router all the way to the end. Go almost to the end and finish it up with block plane to prevent chip out. BRILLIANT!
You have a great eye for design. I love that I see a drawing in the beginning that is interesting but it isn't until the end where the wood selections play orf each other that I'm fully sold. I love that and this is the second or third time where you have pushed that boundary.
Perfectly Fit Processes - Another showstopper from the shop of Mr. Biscuit. This table is gorgeously designed and flawlessly executed my friend. Thanks for giving us such an educational and informative presentation with your videos. You sir are quite easily one of the most talented designer maker woodworkers on UA-cam.
You know I'm not commneting until video is watched in its entirety!!! Except when I can commnet first of course. Another freakin FANTASTIC build Bud!! Blessings my friend, Dirty Jersey out!!
Processing a “perfect fit” is the most satisfying. 😊. Love you videos. You’re working process and methods are similar to mine but I always learn something from your project builds
Process AND perfect fit. I really enjoy both aspects. This was yet another fantastic video and a superb piece. I absolutely love the geometry. Those legs are brilliant and I especially like the profile of the draw pull matching the table top. That's a really cool touch! I really enjoy watching the skill and attention to detail you apply and the little snippets of humour are really welcome to me in my current personal situation. Love your work!
Process I do like to see things made and how they are made by different woodworkers. You have a great talent, sir. I look forward to the day I can produce something just as nice.
Perfect fit or process, I like to see a joint go together… if it’s perfect. If it’s not! It’s a head slap 🤦🏼♂️that said, it is extremely satisfying to see a slightly failed joint get fixed and it became a perfect fit! No better feeling! I experienced this yesterday when I was making a pizza cutter for a friend!
Process. As a new woodworker, I get a lot out of seeing how something is made, and can trust that it'll come together correctly. Seeing it come together is fantastic, but not much for me to learn if I didn't see what lead up to that moment!
Process, Another awesome build. Yes, plans would be great. How long does a build like this take? Do you actually stay with your original plan or do you modify as you go? For me I modify with every mistake..... Which is a lot!!! Thanks for the consice and rediculously clean build! So far beyond me....
Thank you so much! I’ll add you to the tally. For this one it was about 100 hours between design, building, filming, editing and voiceover, but I would guess 70 hours of actual build time. These days I don’t make a ton of big mistakes (knock on wood) so the design stays pretty unchanged throughout the build process.
Process, but only after overcoming that noob tendency to focus on the final thing coming together. I think here the real question is: what kind of heathen cuts the tenons first? I really dig those teardrop-esque legs! I've done something similar myself, and it can be stunning how an exaggerated taper application like that can really add impact to a piece. In fact, I was confused about the thickness of the top of this until I saw it balanced out by the legs... my brain went, "Oh... right... now I get it."
Haha, yeah, tenons first is diabolical. The beefy top really helps to balance the thickness in the legs. I think without it the legs would look chunky for sure.
PERFECT FIT. FYI dado stacks are available and legal in Europe. I know they were banned at one point, but we can buy proper CMT dado stacks in Denmark. There may be individual countries that ban them. I can’t speak to that. Anyway, great video. You have a great style. Thanks from a fellow OTC patron.
Perfect fit - dude this table is incredible. How long does it take you to make this stuff? As always awesome job with the video, design, editing, jokes.... I love it all. Keep em coming
I too use my Pantorouter to cut dovetails, but I find it fidgety. It always takes me a few to cut the pins despite watching JP cut them like he works at Panto. Oh, wait.
I find that seating the bit pretty deep and only allowing for minimal overhang of your workpiece really cuts down on the vibration and chatter. But haha, you could be onto something with JP……
Very nice design and build. What I want to know is how (Oct 1st 2024) or who would or could down vote a video like this. What's the matter with people?
I prefer the end product over the process or the assembly. Regarding the pantorouter... I've never been happy that you can't fine tune the width and thickness of the tenons independently when you use the pantorouter. It is a huge flaw with that system imo.
Being done is always a good feeling, haha. There is occasionally some variability, but I lean towards making them too snug. This way, I can always use a shoulder plane to clean them up.
@@TimberBiscuitWoodworks Michael Fortune likes the PantoRouter, and I took a weeklong class with him where we used it a bunch. It's definitely a neat tool, but I'm still unconvinced it's a big upgrade over other solutions. For speed, it is definitely quite nice.
Yeah I think once you work with it a while and it becomes part of your workflow it becomes more of a go to. It did take a bit to start thinking of all the way to integrate it though.
Second comment: dado blades are allowed in the EU, not just the dado blades you use in the US. The blades have to lock to eachother for some reason. Too bad my arbor is too short for one.

This is probably the most underrated woodworking UA-cam channel on the platform.
I would whole heartedly agree with you haha. I appreciate the support and the compliment!
@@joeyyghiuro very underrated. He’s become my favorite ww to watch.
This is so true every piece is better than the last very talented and underrated I would put hum against the brst on youtube anyday
Absolutely plans would be terrific
Noted, I’ll add it to the tally
If not all, just the leg pattern would be worth it.
I’ll keep that in mind
Process and perfect fit You are so underrated possibly the most talented woodworker on youtube all your project are so well thought out and well designed and each one is better than the last one wel done sir
Thanks man! I try hard to push myself with every new piece so I greatly appreciate you noticing the progression. Cheers!
Agree 100%
Perfect fit. Process is fine, but ain't nothing more satisfying that seeing that project go together and it fits like a glove. Beautiful work as always, sir.
It is quite gratifying to see them come together. Thanks, man and thanks for watching!
Absolutely amazing work, as always. Plus far from boring way of speaking. Thanks!
I really appreciate it, thank you for watching!
What a great looking table! That glamor shot at the end is superb!
Thank you very much!
Nicely designed table and well executed!
Thank you very much!
Well thought out design and terrific execution. Outstanding work!!
Glad you like it!
PROCESS differentiates one builder from the next. It's where I find the most information that helps me. Great table and video.
Thanks! And I agree with the process
Beautiful table, now my wife wants one! Oh, nice Christmas Story reference too!
That’s the best reason to make one haha. Glad you caught that one, I never know which ones are gonna land.
Process for me. That’s a very nice looking build, with a lovely voice over.
Thank you, happy to hear you enjoyed it!

Thank you man! I do my best to keep things balanced so I’m glad to hear it’s working. I really appreciate your support.
Might be my favorite piece so far and that’s hard to say with all the nice stuff u make. Love the walnut and cherry selection.
Thanks! I’m pretty smitten with how this one turned out.
The process is what I like the most. great table and the look is fantastic. thank you for sharing.
I’m with you there. Appreciate it mate, and thanks for watching.
Love the table my friend. The legs are what do it for me.
Thanks! The legs are my favorite as well.
Process - I love the colours on this piece! I can't believe that you don’t do this full time. Best wishes x
Thank you so much! It’s definitely a goal of mine.
Perfect fits are so satisfying because of the process. Its all your hard work paying off. Particularly when you try something dumb and it somehow works.
Haha, that last part is so true.
LOVE the leg design!
Thanks!
I really like the legs. Great video. And “Process”
Thanks! I think they’re “acute” solution as well.
Process and finish. Legs Ralph’s dad would like😂🤣👍👍👍👍
Haha, it’s a solid joke for those who know.
Perfect Fit. The biggest GEM for me on this video was the tip not to chamfer with the router all the way to the end. Go almost to the end and finish it up with block plane to prevent chip out. BRILLIANT!
Block planes are the unsung heroes of the shop haha
Process, always interested in how others are doing things, and I’m constantly learning and trying new things myself
I like it!
Great build man! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you and thanks for watching!
Process and perfect fit, for me I enjoy watching the perfect being crafted during the process!
Haha, well played!
Process. As usual, spectacular piece. I love those angles and contrast. Not too much of either. Chef's kiss🤌
Thank you! Well balanced is always the goal
I am always so impressed with your work, man. I love your channel.
Much appreciated, thank you for watching.
You have a great eye for design. I love that I see a drawing in the beginning that is interesting but it isn't until the end where the wood selections play orf each other that I'm fully sold. I love that and this is the second or third time where you have pushed that boundary.
Thank you! Yeah, the drawings are like a blank canvas. It is always fun to see the pieces come into their own.
Beautiful, once again the cherry and walnut combo is absolutely gorgeous. Love the design. Enjoy your Sunday.!! 😎
Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. Cherry and walnut are a solid pair.

I appreciate it, mate. Thank you.

Thanks and will do!
Process - man those legs are completely amazing! I cannot imagine how many hours you had in this piece.
Thanks!
process and perfect fit. I'm new so the whole build is helping me learn.
Happy to hear that, glad you found it helpful!
Good morning 🌅, overall very nice, well done, From France,
Thank you!
I enjoy the whole process. Great site. Thanks!
I agree and thanks!
Process? Perfect fit? Why not both?? Really enjoyed the design and the video is always top notch
Best of both worlds. Thanks, I’m glad you enjoyed it!

Will do!
PROCESS to get a PERFECT FIT… I am still learning here so seeing your process is very instructive
Love it, glad you find the videos helpful!
Process - Still learning on the various joints and how to make them. Although it is satisfying seeing them come together. 💪🏻😃👍🏻
I share the same perspective. Always something new to learn!
Killer build! Good eye on this.
Thanks man I really appreciate it
Enjoyed the video , like the narrative, and how calm you seem when you work, inspiring! Great job keep it up.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching
@@TimberBiscuitWoodworks oh and I forgot I like the process to reach perfect fit
me too!
Process. Perfect fit is the result of utilizing an accurate, repeatable process.
Amen to that!
Excelent work and design.
I really appreciate it. Thanks for watching.
Perfect fit process
I agree!

That’s a logical explanation! Thanks for watching
Process! Cuz it’s a daunting task for me to even start and make sure I’m measuring correctly to make all joints fit lmao
Haha I can relate to that though. That initial start can be quite a hurdle.
Perfect process from wood to dad joke!!
Thank you!
Very impressive.
Much appreciated
nice work
Appreciate it!
process then perfect fit
I’m with you there
Process, if it’s hand tools. Perfect fit, if it’s power tools.
As a hybrid woodworker I agree

Perfect Fit - I love the design of this table. Was this your own design or was this something someone asked for?
Thank you! This one was just for me, 95% of the stuff I design and build is for myself, I don’t do much in the way of commission work.
CMT now makes the first Dado stack legal in the EU.
Oh man, good to know! As "scary" as they are, the disks of death are an incredibly useful tool.

Perfect fit on YT, process on my own. See it depends on the situation
Yeah I’m a fan of both I’d say
Process - I can replicate a process, but rarely, if ever, get a perfect fit.
Those perfect fits still often allude me haha
Process: I think I enjoy the process more so that I can make the perfect fit so technically both.
I like it, the process of the perfect fit haha
Ps. Just curious, what brand of hand planes do you use?
Mostly Lie Nielsen

I’m not sure what that means but cool
Third comment (wow I'm on a roll here): your beauty shots are covered by all the links at the end of the video. Maybe it is a browser thing?
I’ll check it out. Thanks for the comments!
Protip - If your track saw can't take a deep cut in one pass, you can also try using a blade with less teeth.
Yeah, I use the 12 tooth blade by Festool. I don’t think they make one with less than that
Yooooo am I first?!?! Let's goooooo🙏💯🙏💯
Haha, hell yeah!
Shirt idea for you sir. "Risk it for the biscuit" inspired buy your worth the risk comment
Too funny! That one is in the works, but taking a long time to get printed... soo coming soon!
