I got to see Zakk Sabbath perform in my city at the end of 2023 and all I can say is what an absolutely amazing performance by all three of these gentlemen.
Zakk is a monster
Easily the best version of War Pigs I've ever heard since the original. Really, this is done very true to the original but with Zakk's magical touches.

To see Zakk play with Ozzy several times was epic but when it was Robert Trujillo on bass,Mike Bordin on drums was crushing. This is a cool version. Ozzy is our Dad and we proud of Zakk.

Seen Zakk Sabbath live last night in Grand Rapids, was honestly blown away on how much heavier Black Sabbath could even sound. We did the meet and great. They were all supper down the earth and real personable.

There’s no one that comes close to his brutal playing. I live in New Jersey and watched him a lot at Silverton Music when he worked there. Even back then at 17/18, he was brutal. Almost everytime I walked in that music store he was sitting on a Marshall combo rippin it up with an LP. He is the most incredible player I ever heard!
Was awesome to witness him Dave and Kenny tearing up the stage at the Playpen a few times.If you were there on a Wednesday night you got to see greatness Then add Karl to the mix....man those were nights were pretty awesome.

HI mate,
If you couldn't get the original Black Sabbath, this is probably the next best substitute. Thought that the drummer ought to have a few lessons with Bill Ward re how to play the drum part, likewise the bassist should go and see Geezer, but Zakk Wylde does a good job of imitating Ozzy, and of course his guitar playing is superb. For me, no-one will ever come near to Tony Iommi when it comes to heavy rock guitar playing, but this lad is probably a close second. :-)

Best liveshow ive heard. Zakks guitar was so clear and powerful. Wylde audio is amazing. Blaskos bass and Joeys anamalistic drumming was fucking tight. Too bad music industry took a shit. This is talent. This is music.

I love Black Sabbath to death and Zakk's cover of any Sabbath song, especially War Pigs, is absolutely amazing. His tone for these songs, absolutely amazing. So much depth and crunch.

My boyfriend & I watch this video frequently, we both ❤ Zakk’s voice & epic shredding. Watching Zakk is like watching a Viking going into battle! This is so heavy & I love his pinch harmonics, it gives it that epic squeal, Zakk’s trademark!

We had the opportunity to see Ozzy's "No more tears tour 2" in VA and saw Zakk playing this behind his back! I have never witnessed such pure energy & perfection ... a memory we will never forget!

I saw an interview where Zakk said that the OG members of Black Sabbath signed a contract at their last reunion that they would never play together as Black Sabbath again. Zakk started this band so that the OG members of the band could still jam together, and play THEIR songs live without breaking contract. I don’t know how true that is, but it’s a metal as hell story.
If I were Black Sabbath I’d give it up & retire completely after hearing BLS do Sabbath tunes. The sound is definitely more heavy & Zakk has a HUGE stage presence

Good, honest production. I actually sat and listened to the whole thing because it's so damn refreshing to hear something like this from a mainstream artist.
Canky if that sounds digital to you than fuck it... let it be ;) Everyone has different taste and perspective amigo. But remember it's a live setup! You're dealing with extra noise, sound bleed, ambience etc etc. On top of this Zakk is using a chorus pedal over his main sound, so taking all the variables... Sounds shit hot to me and other 4.808 idiots who can't tell digital sound from analog? Well done to Boris!

My 71 year old dad surprised the hell out of me a few weeks ago. He's not a metal head by any means.
One day he came up to me while listening to iHeart Radio on his phone and he said "there's a song that they've been playing on here that I like." He couldn't remember what it was called, though. He said "I think it's called War Dogs."
I told him "I haven't heard of that one, but there is one called War Pigs." He said "That might be it." so I looked up the Black Sabbath version and played it for him and he said "Yep that's it!"
After all these years of him not liking heavy metal and Ozzy Osbourne, the first metal song that he starts to like just happens to be an Ozzy song! He also likes this version, too.
Listening to this transforms me into another dimension! I love heavy metal and where it takes me! It’s truly spiritual hearing that guitar squeal with the sound of metal😂

AWESOME! I was at BLS concert in Trondheim Norway a few years ago. Do not remember years. A big moment in my life to hear BLS LIVE. Ozzy also played that night. Was also a highlight in my life.
