Thanks for the lessons, the stars, the entertainment, and the memories of Saturday matinees full of screams and laughter. Roger Corman, my hero.

A lot of UHF stations programmed a lot of hours with Roger Corman films in the 60’s and 70’s.

I’d love to hear a conversation between Roger Corman and George Takei.

Yeah, it would have to be video footage, otherwise, it'd be pretty hard to distinguish who was speaking.

Oh, wow. What a great upload. I'm a huge fan of his Vincent Price collaborations. They hold up quite well. For such low budgets, they had a lush, otherworldly and timeless feel. They come in a close second to the Hammer Horror Films of the 50's, 60's and 70's.

Attack of the Crab Monster scared me sh!#less when I was a little kid.
Nothing I like more nowadays than
1950's Black and SciFi "B" movies.
    Can't thank Roger Corman enough.

Concerning "The Beast With A Million Eyes", Roger told me once "I had 50 cents to make the movie & I brought it in for 25 cents". R.I.P. Roger Corman 1926-2024.

Dave was such an amateur back then. He seemed to so nervous and unprepared and he wasn't even listening to Roger's answers, just on to the next question, with little to know interest in the conversation.

Letterman was a bit rude to Roger's movies. Not all of them were "silly". Roger Corman did a fantastic job with the budget he was using. Many of his films were lovely.

I disagree, I think David respected Roger, David had to make jokes every now and then to keep the audience interested.

Apollo 13 right? He's standing in the audience when Tom Hanks is giving a tour of the NASA facilities. He's the one that asks the question that since we've already been to moon, why should we go back again. I'd recognize that face anywhere and I didn't know who he was until now.
